I asked if we can contact the manufacture and he said No. Wont help. I then asked what he can do for me. He can then said he can sell me another one for $400. I proceeded to sate why would i buy another $400 + battery when after 4 years they don't work. I could buy a cheap one every year. Large batteries, small batteries, long batteries, short batteries, batteries for your car, batteries for your ipod, batteries for your vibra.... er... and the list goes on and on. It's incredible to see the amount of batteries out there in the market to run our modern world. If you need it powered, they probably have it. And they'll even rebuild dead batteries for your tools and so on, for prices waaaay cheaper than buying brand new. The guys there know their stuff and how to keep you charged up.
