Guy at the counter. Older gentle man. Was useless. Pretty well rude.Not helpful. My dry cell $455.00 battery had a charge but no capacity. My 4 year warranty was over by 20 days. I asked if we can contact the manufacture and he said No. Wont help. I then asked what he can do for me. He can then said he can sell me another one for $400. I proceeded to sate why would i buy another $400 + battery when after 4 years they don't work. I could buy a cheap one every year. He responded " I would never buy one of these" So why would you try and sell me one Mr Sales man. Crap service at this location. read more

Battery world is a great resource for all your battery needs, just avoid going to this location. The store in the North is great and I would go there. The women at the counter who helped me had a very bad attitude and wouldn't even look at the battery I brought in. She was rude and condescending. read more

Battery World's website said ... "We have shocked many who had been searching for a long time. If we haven't got it chances are we know where to get it. Our experts can confirm your battery requirements and suggest alternatives you may not have considered." I was only shocked that they didn't have a battery for a Sony MP3 player and could not get one. They also couldn't recommend an alternative. So much for Battery World :( read more

They have a wide variety of batteries here, small button batteries to auto applications. The gentleman I was dealing with today was friendly and professional. If you have a cheaper watch, under $200. They will replace the battery here for $5. I had 4 Mickey Mouse watches that needed replacement. They also sell rechargeable batteries and chargers. I also noticed battery booster packs, and solar panels for charging. I'll be back ! read more

I purchased two 6 volt Trojan batteries from Battery World 4 years ago, worst $500 I ever spent! No warranty of course. I don't recommend Battery World at all. read more

I've been shopping here for years. Any size watch battery, rebuild of a battery pack for a wireless speaker, RV, motorcycle and UPS batteries for both work and personal needs.
