Got an alignment. Was such a bad job. Had to go back . It distroyed 2 tires . Now it pulls to the left.

My "SERVICE ENGINE SOON" light came on a while ago. I had picked up a diagnostic tool to see what was wrong and it was saying I needed a Camshaft Position Sensor. I called and spoke to David who listened to what I had to say. He was extremely professional as is his staff! I will never take my vehicles anywhere else from now on! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!! I was referred to Lad's Autopro by a friend of mine and I will never take my car anywhere else! I have an older 2006 car and had a transmission issue but the sensors were not giving a code to diagnose the issue. I took it to Lad's. Instead of pressuring me to do the work like the dealer, they told me to wait until the sensor gave a code. It finally did and cost me much less than what the dealer was asking me to do. Their website is great and the follow up cards are a nice touch as well. I trust their work and don't feel like I'm going to get gouged with a repair cost. read more

I would never go anywhere else. Their customer service is always above par. Sometimes waiting on a drive/pick up in their courtesy vehicle take a little while. They are always willing to go above and beyond though. You can call them with a flat tire and have it changed within the hour. THey always make me feel like their most important customer. Do not go here. I brought my husband's vehicle here few several months ago. I saw their shop online and it looked pretty reliable shop. I brought my car in for a repair. I will not specify what type service I required. While they did the service for my car, the technician broke my wheel sensor. My husband checked it prior to bringing the car in and it was previosly not broken. They phoned me that day and told me that I needed to pay for s new sensor and pay for installing it coz they found it broken. I did not talk to my husband about it. So, I agreed to have it replaced. When I picked up my car, I told my husband how much I payed and that they found a broken wheel sensor. My husband was so mad knowing that for sure it was the shop who broke it and not before it was brought in. I suggest you should go somewhere else to bring your car in for fix. They charge you a standard fee for supplies which every shop has. However, If your car needed small things like zipties or little screws, they will charge you addtional $2 for each minimum. If it was other shops, it is already included in your supply fees but in this shop they say that supply fees include the use of their bay, electric garage and using the hoist. I will never come back to this shop again. read more
