I wish I can give no star rating. I went to this store on 12/22/21 to purchase an engine filter and ended up buying a dash cam. Employees were rude and had attitudes. Upon checking out the employee told me the credit/debit machines weren't working and that he had to run my card in the back.(He looked like he was under the influence of something) Upon being back there for about 5-10 minutes which was strange(but we all now why he was back there for so long) he came back with my card and a receipt. About two hours later I got a fraud alert text message sent to me by my bank and I thought it was by accident so I checked my bank app. $80 was stolen to make purchases on Apple.com. I called Apple to ask for a name whom did this but couldn't due to privacy but could tell me it was a male. I reached out to the store manager the next day and he assured me he would call me back. Nine months later I still haven't heard from him. So that tells me he is aware of the illegal practices going on at that store and doesn't care that a THEIF works for them. The same employee who stole money from me was also working at the Cromwell Walmart at the time. I spent over $100 there and needless to say I will never be back at this store. this NAPA is open later than a lot of other places and it feels more like a respectable parts store than the other chain auto parts places in town. service here is pretty slow, and there are always lines but thats ok when you get the parts you came for and can go home and fix your ride. they dont have all those plastic "tuner" parts and 10 hp stickers and questionable gas additives like the chains .. read more

These guys are generally very helpful. They are well stocked. They sell car paint too. The wait can be pretty ridiculous though. They really need to work on that. Sometimes I just go to see if they have what I want and then come back at a less busy time. read more

If possible this place would receive 0 stars. This isn't the first time customer service there was complete garbage. Some of the guys there act with a chip on their shoulder like they know something working behind the parts counter. Stop treating people coming through like they don't know where the gas cap is. Called prior to going to store if any chance they had in stock some ignition coils for small push mower engines. Was told they have a couple in stock, so I looked up the actual part numbers 14-584-16-S and 300500-Z8B-903 for cross reference before going to the store with the model and serial number of the mower as well. I've had the right parts numbers and yet was treated like some kind of an idiot. One guy kept saying take off the old one while pointing a finger like he had no manners. First off did not need to take off the old one and drive back with it since all the right information was presented. And since it's a warehouse of parts, they couldn't reference the actual number then would not be able to pull it from the warehouse if it is not coming. That is if even they cross referenced it right. The associates need to be taught not to treat every customer like they don't know anything coming through. They were given the right part numbers and am sure the guy didn't even cross reference it right. We used books to do this decades ago in automotive sales and were able to find parts quicker than on their computers. The guy helping seemed clueless and says he can't just try and find a coil in 100s of different ones. He pulled that random number out of nowhere, as the guy who was on the phone and likes to point fingers, said they had maybe 2 generic ones. Wouldn't it make sense to have a couple generic parts like that on the floor? This isn't the first time associates in this store were clueless about finding a part and rude. It has happened on two other occasions. Train all people right before putting them on the floor. read more

So I have been a loyal customer to Napa. This isn't my first time here. But last night was most definitely my last. I went in for some parts and they had them. But upon my checkout there was no one in the store. It took 15 minutes to get my parts but the guy just rang everything out. I asked about the promo spending x amount get this off. He's like not today too late. So I swipe my card and end it. And every other Napa I've been to does ask if your a triple A member. You receive a discount if you are. I say to the guy hey I'm Aaa member. I quote counter guy it's too late. But I mentioned while we were waiting for my parts to be pulled. I said. He goes pay its too late. So I do. But while waiting for parts he was calling a recent customer names a degrading a stranger to me because he called the store asking for help. So as I'm walking out he's at the counter talking crap about me. So I walk up to the counter and say how about we make a return. So when you return a product it asks why he instantly writes customer doesn't need. And I say to him no that's not why. Once again a chuckle and it's too late now. Then writes customer refused to sign and I say no pal. I ask to speak to a manager and of course he says he is. So I walk out flustered and there's a guy smoking a cigarette at the door and I say that guy is your manager. He laughs and says no it's so and so. He goes to say that that counter guy is going through a lot. I laugh now and say wow he says he's your manager. NAPA DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. It seems to be the same in the other reviews. NAPA NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Needless to say I'll go down the road spend extra and get treated properly. read more

Really poor customer service. Cannot for the life of me figure out how this place makes any money with the people that work there. The did not even bother to look up the part I needed and told me that they did not have it. I called later to make sure and the person on the phone came back two minutes later and said they had a whole bunch and to come right down. I had been there asking for the same darn part just a few hours earlier! Idiots! read more

I used to go to my local Napa and they would always tell me it will take a day to get it from the warehouse. Now I just pony up the extra driving and just start there. In about 15 visits, they have had the part in stock 14 times. They are pretty friendly but like another user said, the line can be really long and slow, and I think they work hard to keep that line moving, so not a lot of idle chit chat. Still my goto location for parts. Also, in my experience, Napa parts seems less likely to not fit or be boxed incorrectly like I've seen with other well known parts stores. This is my first stop for getting parts and almost always my last. read more
