I later went into the store to speak with management and was met with the rude individual who ignored my daughter and a manager that lacked customer service skills. My wife and I moved to North Haven from Wethersfield four years ago. I went into my local "previous" auto parts store. It didn't have what I need. I then went into this O'Reilly Auto Parts. It completely won me over. I never wetn back. Phenomenal people - beautifully laid out - totally professional. My most recent experience - last week - was I walked into the store - as I so often do - in need of some advice / expertise. There was a friendly young man, Zach. I asked him a somewhat technical question about a piece of equipment I wanted to buy. There were several types at a range of prices. Zach led me - with perfect clarity to the right piece at the right price. Then explained to me exactly how to use it. I walked out - as I always do from this great store - with a COMPLETE solution. Zach is a young superstar on the rise. Great attitude. Knowledgeable. Provides above and beyond service. his extra effort didn't result in any immediate dollars going into the store's daily revenue. But it solidified in my heart and mind why O'Reilly's is my ONLY go to store in their specialty. I recommend to O'Reilly's Auto Trader Corporate. Sneak in a video camera and train it on Zach on any day he works there. You could use that as an absolute role model for training others. All the Trainer would have to do is to edit the highlights of his day, play the tape - and turn to the class and say - "And THAT is how its done!!!". Thanks Zach!

I wish I can give no star rating. I went to this store on 12/22/21 to purchase an engine filter and…read moreended up buying a dash cam. Employees were rude and had attitudes. Upon checking out the employee told me the credit/debit machines weren't working and that he had to run my card in the back.(He looked like he was under the influence of something) Upon being back there for about 5-10 minutes which was strange(but we all now why he was back there for so long) he came back with my card and a receipt. About two hours later I got a fraud alert text message sent to me by my bank and I thought it was by accident so I checked my bank app. $80 was stolen to make purchases on Apple.com. I called Apple to ask for a name whom did this but couldn't due to privacy but could tell me it was a male. I reached out to the store manager the next day and he assured me he would call me back. Nine months later I still haven't heard from him. So that tells me he is aware of the illegal practices going on at that store and doesn't care that a THEIF works for them. The same employee who stole money from me was also working at the Cromwell Walmart at the time. I spent over $100 there and needless to say I will never be back at this store. I didn't press charges because I was able to get the funds returned to me by Apple

this NAPA is open later than a lot of other places and it feels more like a respectable parts store…read morethan the other chain auto parts places in town. service here is pretty slow, and there are always lines but thats ok when you get the parts you came for and can go home and fix your ride. they dont have all those plastic "tuner" parts and 10 hp stickers and questionable gas additives like the chains ..
