When I arrived Jordan was so helpful and I immediately knew he was the one I had spoken to over the phone. He came outside to the car and checked the battery with the diagnostic scanner and said I needed a new battery. After I purchased my new battery he also helped me with changing the battery which was so helpful because my car was stalling and there was no way I would've been able to do it myself. Most of the workers don't seem to care at other chain auto parts stores as much as the employees at the Napa Auto parts do. The store itself is a well lit bright lights store. One time I was worried about a short hesitation while driving, and when I called, they told me to come right down to make sure the car was safe to continue driving it. Bobbi has been my salesperson. She has an upbeat, amazing personality. She cares about the sale, but takes the time to get to know who you are and what your needs are. Watch out for her dry sense of humor. The quoting was vague, obscenely overmarked, and they were unwilling to even try to work something out for both parties. They didn't want to take the job from the start, but instead of being professionals and simply saying they only really work on insurance claims; they decided to fabricate a bs quote. Don't take your car here if you want body work done, but they are still relatively good for general repair/maintenance.
