I found this trailer on the corner of 1st street and Silverado trail rd. In Napa ca. 94558. They highly recommended calling the number for location as they were not sure how long at this location.(408) 375-0328. What a nice surprise a trailer that isn't a taco truck. It's a small trailer packing a lot of flavor. Avertiszements were for a prime rib cheese sandwich. I was delighted to be greeted with a friendly positive attitude and in this time of isolation it's needed. The sandwich comes in a 4 inch for $7.50 and a 8inch for $15.00. Quality bread, great quality cheese, medium quality meat which is saying a lot for a food truck as most have low quality gristle. The onions and peppers melded together perfectly, they don't hold back on the amount of ingredients. Juicy meat the hole thing made my mouth water with each bite. I was worried I was drooling and kept wiping my mouth lol. I have had some steak sandwiches this by far was the best. My only complaint was the bread needed more toasting or a different bread as within 3 minutes it was soggy with that juicy goodness. I cannot recommend Napa Valley Catering enough! My husband and I got married at Cline Cellars at the beginning of June and used them for our event. It was a destination wedding so we were nervous to find vendors and work with them remotely without meeting face to face. Sue was so amazing and easy to work with throughout our entire process. She made sure to include everything we wanted and then some!! We were lucky enough to be able to travel for a tasting before the wedding in which she made us all of our dishes before hand in a private tasting setting. I have never heard so many compliments or exclamations about wedding food. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. There was also no shortage of food! Sue was also able to accommodate our crazy request for an ice cream sundae bar which really made the evening! Not only was Sue herself great to work with but her staff was amazing as well. The servers were extremely attentive and never let anyone sit without food, water, or beverage of their choice. The first thing about this amazing truck I have to comment on is the amazing customer service. The woman running the truck was very helpful and extremely nice to talk to. She suggested getting the Prime Rib Philly that was advertised on the truck itself. The second thing I have to say is the sandwich she made was simply the best Philly style sandwich I've ever had. There was a generous amount of meat and cheese in the sandwich. The reason why I say this was the best is because the meat was high quality perfectly cooked and Toped with just the right amount of high quality melt cheese serve on a good quality bread. I did find the bread soaked up the juices quite quickly and became a bit soggy but amazing nonetheless. The only thing I would want different is more customers fore this gem of a truck. read more

She was so patient about all of my questions and constant menu revisions, had great ideas about how to make a wedding for 120 people work in a small, split-level yard, and handled all of the rentals, which was a huge load off my back. Words cannot describe about how happy i was with Napa Valley Catering. I worked with Sue Catanese and she was soooo helpful and responsive and accommodating. A total plus for this originally calm and organized but then frantic and stressed out bride! The food tasting was absolutely wonderful. We met with 4 different caterers and while all were great and had their pluses, NPV stood out the best. Great food, great pairings, and really reasonable prices. Every single dish we tried was amazing. It was hard to narrow down my choices for my 2 entrees and 4 appetizers. We did the tasting at our wedding venue, the Jacuzzi Family Vineyards, which was cool because we got to experience how it would flow. Sue was very accommodating to my requests, such as food presentation, additional appetizer options, my mini donut machine, adjusting the rental order, and moving the actual rental items around during the wedding (like our cocktail tables from the cocktail location to the dancing location so that it can be reused and i did not have to rent more/extra). Little things like this made it extra special. Communication was key and she was very responsive to all my emails and changes. She even thought of the little things and prepared sparkling cider and juice boxes for the kids which they were very grateful for! The wedding consisted of 60 guests total. The food was fresh, moist, delicious, and as good as i remembered during our tasting. A lot of my guests complemented us on the food, they enjoyed it all. Food timing was great, and the dishes were served warmed. Thank you Napa Valley Catering for all your hard work! I mean she handled everything from making appoints for rentals; coordinate with her staff and rental company for the decor; suggested serving amount for guests, serving time for food and setup to make it more roomier. I'm at lost for words to describe the knowledge she has. Sue is very knowledgeable when it came to Weddings. I highly recommend working with her for any of your events. Her and her staff took good care of us on our wedding day; she made sure we had enough food and drinks, yes even seconds. Cleaning was easy; her staff also took care of that. Sue and her staff went way BEYOND the "call of duty". Due to circumstances, my arrival to the venue was late and the décor, tables and chairs were even later. When the truck and cars pulled up, the staff jumped in and assisted with unloading AND decorating! Not only that, but they kept smiles on their faces! They took such great care of us. I hosted my 50th Birthday party in San Francisco in my backyard. All I did was pick the venue. Sue and her crew did everything else. She handled everything from the food, to the decor, to the rentals. Sue was easy to work with, even as my numbers kept growing. The food was beyond fabulous. None of my friends could believe how incredible the food was. My hats of to Chef Sal, who can cooking any style of food. He is the best. My birthday party had a unique flair to it. The food station represented a part of my life, and the food at each station was diverse and delicious. The staff was professional and courteous and went out of their way to make my guests feel special. This was better than service at any five star restaurant. I wanted some outdoor furniture for my party and Sue found it on clearance, bought it and assembled at, at no extra charge (except for the purchase). Many of my friends who attended my birthday, had just attended the opening of the Symphony and the Opera, and said that Napa Valley's food was superior. Everyone thought that she was one of the top five caterers in San Francisco. The were even more shocked to kind out that she was half the price. The skill of the staff is beyond compare, the food arrives when it's supposed too, the presentation is nothing short of amazing, and the food is DELICIOUS! I recently got married and used Napa Valley Catering to cater my wedding. I originally booked with another company who canceled on my about 90 days before the wedding so when I called Tanya and her team, I was in a panic! Tanya was so responsive, helpful and match the price of my previous caterer. I was SOOO relieved when I found her. We got married at a private residence in St. Helena and Tanya and her team came to the house for our food tasting. I loved this because it was very personal and she was able to see the venue and make decisions on how many tables we needed, where to put everything, etc. We had Napa Valley Catering provide all of our linens, cups/plates, tables, chairs and food. We had an afternoon wedding, so we did heavy appetizers and desert and got tons of compliments on the food! Everything looked absolutely beautiful. My favorite thing about Tanya was that she always returned my calls, texts and e-mails quickly and was very easy to get a hold of. We made a few last minute additions to our order (more umbrellas, more linens for the rehearsal dinner, added ice and ice bins, etc.) and they was super accommodating and fulfilled every one of our requests. Amazing service and the food was even better! 9 of us came into town and rented a house for a fun Birthday weekend. We wanted a dinner at the house to stay and enjoy the night, but we didn't want to cook (or clean up). The food was all really amazing, but the braised short ribs may have been the best meat I have ever had (no exaggeration here). The fish was good, but everyone who had the meat said the same thing... BEST MEAT EVER! The service and the staff were top notch and they cleaned everything perfectly as well. A friend worked with Sue to organize a 50th Birthday dinner at a home we'd rented in Glen Ellen. The caterers did a phenomenal job improvising in a kitchen they knew nothing about. From setting the table to washing the dishes, we didn't have to lift a finger. They served us three appetizers, a BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS salad, main course and baked and served a delicious birthday cake. They gracefully accommodated dietary restrictions. I attended my nephew's wedding this past weekend. His wedding was suppose to take place in Sonoma but with the wildfires it wasn't going to happen at the original venue. They had Napa Valley Catering booked for the wedding. When the venue got moved to the Vacaville area, my sister in law hired them to do the Rehearsal Dinner as well.
