I've only made two purchases here, but the staff has been exceptionally nice. The first was to resize the watch I received as a graduation gift,oh so many years ago. I'm overjoyed to have it fit again. They were really nice to me even though I came in covered in animal fur after my volunteer shift at the animal shelter. The second time I went in was to research getting a bracelet fixed which (when I asked) they kindly shared that the bracelet would cost new, less than $100 more than the cost of the repairs. So, I'm letting the bracelet go and shopping for something new! (But if I wanted to get it fixed, it would have just taken a week or so.) We also wanted to get a stand-in wedding ring for a family member with Alzheimer's who has a tendency to lose/hide things. The staff person (Michelle I believe was her name) was incredibly kind and sensitive. I was worried that with all their fine styles they wouldn't have anything that we could "afford to lose," but she showed us some sweet little rings that sparkled nicely and fit perfect.
