These folks did a custom cut glass top to match our cocoa table that we hand painted. They were so great about it. Helped us unload the table from our car so they could measure it, helped us decide the best type of glass, and did a great job making the top. The turn around time was only a week and they helped us load it all back in the car. They were friendly and fun and, though I've never had a glass top custom made, I think it was a great price. We recently had a window break that needed to be replaced. We called Napa Valley Glass, after being referred to them by another happy customer, and the next day they were at our house. They arrived promptly and greeted us with smiles. They weren't sure they would have the part in stock but to our surprise less than an hour after they left they said they had found the part and could come back out to install the window in the next half hour. In this amazingly short time they not only fixed & replaced the broken window but fixed & replaced 3 broken screens that we had. Art, Sean & Joe were super friendly & professional and even showed us how to replace the window ourselves should we ever want to do it on our own. The Cavagnaro/Brown Family has been in business for over 40 years here in Napa. They do a wonderful job and are experts in their field! I had an incident (accident) with a neighbor with a pellet gun, called and spoke with Sean and they let me know the could come by to take a look in the same afternoon. If you're expecting to see someone show up in a crisp white uniform, you may be disappointed. These family members are, not only experts in the field of glass replacement and glazing, but they are also artists in music and pottery, so they are a bit 'eclectic'.
