Having been to other weddings where the DJs spoke non-stop and handed out glow sticks and feather boas, I knew what I didn't want at my wedding. When we spoke with Josh we loved his clam laid back demeanor, and were reassured by his prompt reply to all of our emails and phone calls. Josh has a great on-line system which allows you to select favorite songs (and ban those pesky songs that everyone hates, but still manages to be played at way to many weddings - "We Are Family" by Sister Sledge anyone?...). Josh kept our friends and family dancing all night, spoke only when necessary to keep things going smoothly, and took the time to speak with us to get the general vibe we wanted at our wedding. We had our consultation meeting with Jorge and he really made it seem like they were invested in making this the best day for us. The packages were easy to understand and everything was laid out. No secrets. It wasn't until about maybe 30 days before the wedding, when Tina, our MC reached out to discuss the vibe we wanted for our wedding and music.
