Fun and different approach to wine! Self serve wine bar. The wine-tender was very helpful with our questions about everything. The cheese board was a little pricy however really tasty. Cute and cozy ambiance outside with the fire on.

Napatini Wine Bar is located right next door to Docent Brewing. We went to both places because we wanted beer and wine lol. Napatini Wine Bar is beautiful inside. The way wine tasting works here is you give your credit card to your server in exchange for a wine card and then you go to this self serve wine bar to select which wine you would like to taste. You can get 2 oz of wine, half a glass or a full glass. I love this set up. You get to try a variety of wines and not break the bank. They also serve food to pair with your wine.

Ambiance - chill place ans love the wine selection Service- fast and friendly Food- great concept..52 wines to taste ans different sizes and price. They also do special events and feature a winery each week.

If I could rate this higher I would. The food, service, and ambiance is top notch. I really hope they get the business they deserve because the concept is so unique and the vibe is emacculate. The owner is a super nice guy. We found this place thanks to Oceanside Date Nights on Instagram

Such a cute unique addition to the Village! Came here on a Friday night at 8pm. Unfortunately the kitchen had closed, so if you want bites with your drinks, keep in mind this isn't the ideal spot for evenings. The wine can be poured in tasters, half glass, or full glass. The card and button system made it feel like Dave and busters for adults! Very fun. The technology was a bit glitchy, but service was quick to make things right. Wine is $$$ here & playing like you're at an arcade makes things add up quick, but Napatini is a fun place to try new wines & discover new favorites.

Pet friendly. I think you can sit inside too. They didn't specify pets have to be on patio. I just chose to but not sure. You can ask

I would say this is a pretty romantic little spot, cute, neat, organized wine (& food) place. I didn't pay attention to the food menu. There's some interesting options here - Self service wine. Never heard of that before but I went with the traditional flight. All wines taste excellent. Very smooth. Crackers provided to "wash off" leftover taste of the previous taster. Not crowded on a Sunday afternoon which is great. Restroom is very well maintained and clean. I recommend this place. Of course a good wine place like such isn't going to be cheap but I think it's worth the price. I don't drink often so I can't say I will come back soon but I do enjoy it. Both outdoor and indoor seating available and it's open seating. Pet friendly.

Amazing food and service. Various level of great wine. They have various flat breads and entrees. I had to modify my fly bread with pesto, burrata with fig and arugala.

Special Chef's Dinner paired with Chalk Hill wine.

Plenty of street parking! We were seated right away at the bar stools. Lovely shop, very quaint and feels like you're just visiting a friends shop. We ordered the mussels, crudo and risotto. We were torn over what wine to get but they let us sample a couple! Super great service. Mussels were definitely the stand out dish, but everything was fresh! 3 plates was good for 2 people. We also got their cheesecake and it was SOOOO GOOD! Not too sweet, perfectly baked. It is a pricey restaurant but worth a special occasion.

I don't remember what I got but I tried two different types of reds and they were absolutely delicious. The tuna crudo is really tasty and fresh. The flavor combination of the citrus and garlic is unique and addicting. I could have like 5 plates of this! The duck was cooked amazingly - maybe a little on the salty side but not enough for me to mind. The lentils and fennel were a fun combo to pair with the duck. Again, a unique dish that I thoroughly enjoyed. Lastly, we ended the night with a creamy basque cheesecake. This is one of the better cheesecakes I've had. It was rich and sweet but not sickeningly sweet. I loved everything I had and the servers are always amazing and so knowledgeable about the wines which I really appreciate. Cheers!

Absolutely loved Paon and sad to hear it has just closed! I still wanted to share my experience…read morehere because it is well deserved. Our wonderful server John really made our last visit fantastic. He helped us decide at every course and we were incredibly thankful for his perfect suggestions. All of our food was even more delicious than it looks, if that is even possible. Paon will be missed!

I was in France back in September 2024 and what I missed most was the bread at various restaurants…read moreand bakeries. I was pleasantly surprised by the chewy texture of the complimentary bread offered at Paon, and one bite took me back to the streets of Paris where I strolled along the Seine River munching on my baguette. Our waiter only offered one small piece each, so I had to ask for a second piece. If my meal were just the bread alone, this would have been a 5-star review. Unfortunately, my dining experience declined after the bread... I ordered the Organic Beet Salad, and it was a disappointing stack of 3 round pieces of beets, each 1/4 inch thick and 2 inches in diameter, topped with arugula and small pieces of pistachios sparsely scattered on the plate. My friend and I looked at each other and asked, "what happened to the rest of the salad?!" Seriously, $21 for 3 pieces of beets?? My friend ordered the French Onion Puree for $19 and got a regular sized serving so we continued to ponder what happened to my beet salad. It was the joke of the evening. This dish was an unconventional spin off the traditional French onion soup, and sadly, while it was a creative idea, it failed to deliver in taste. My favorite thing about French onion soup is the gooey gruyere cheese. There was a small dollop of melted brie on top and that was it. It was a disappointment, but not nearly as sad as my beet salad. For my entree, I ordered the Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass $55. The fish was very tender, but the dish itself was extremely buttery and oily. I ordered this dish because I wanted something healthy, but it turned out to be a very heavy dish. The basil beurre blanc was just too overwhelmingly rich. My friend ordered the Seared Rare Hawaiian Yellowfin Tuna $52. The execution on this dish was better than mine. For dessert, we shared a Creme Brulee $18. We did not like this dessert because it was room temperature and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. We like it chilled but with the hard sugary glaze. The top wasn't torched enough. Overall, while we enjoyed the ambiance, we did not really care for the food (except the amazing bread). Seeing how much we enjoyed the bread, it would've been nice had our waiter been more generous and offered us more bread. A good server would be more proactive and not wait to be asked.

I arrived first and it was pretty busy. The server let me try a taste of a few wines before I picked. I was thankful for that. My friend arrived and she tried my wine and one or two others before she decided. It was a nice night. We sat at the window seats which was perfect. It's a bit dark in the back but it was still a bit chilly outside. We ordered the short rib to share and a mezze plate. The short rib arrived and we were quite surprised at the tiny size to price proportion. The flavor was wonderful and we both enjoyed it but for the price we would not order it again. The mezze plate was also good. I really love the concept of this bar and all it offers such as art & wine classes, winemaker dinners, live music etc. it's fun to watch it evolve. It's definitely high on my rotation of places to meet up with friends. I'll be back soon.
