Although workers were driving by to roll the turf and they kept on driving near us instead of saying anything and checking us out. I don't know what's that about but overall I highly recommend cuz it has all the fields you need. It's also located right next to a residential homes, for elders to walk by.

I initially paid over the phone, and although the charge posted to my bank account, somehow it never registered with the park district. Because of that, I had to dispute the charge. To make matters worse, the park district is now trying to fight the dispute even though it was clearly a double charge situation. Before the party, I spoke with Whitney and was informed that extending the party to 5:30 PM would not be an issue because the final party slot was from 3:30-5:30 PM. The hosting itself was extremely disorganized. The kids did not begin playing games until nearly 4 PM, despite the party already being underway, and they were supposed to eat at 4:30 PM. Later, I asked again about extending the party to 5:30 PM, and the hosts stated, "We don't mind." While I left briefly to pick up pizza, I also spoke with Crystal at the front desk, who informed me she had spoken with Olivia, the host lead, and after a meeting near the front desk, everyone confirmed everything was fine regarding the extension. When I returned with the pizza, Crystal and both hosts again reassured me there were no issues and that the party could continue until 5:30 PM. Then at 4:53 PM, Whitney suddenly called and said, "Just to confirm, your party ends at 5 PM." At that point, I was beyond confused because every host, front desk employee, and supervisor I had spoken with had already confirmed otherwise. To make matters worse, once we were back in the party room, the hosts suddenly told me the kids could not eat in the room and instead had to eat in the hallway. My daughter was not even allowed to sing "Happy Birthday" properly in the room. I literally had to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter in the hallway. The entire experience felt chaotic, poorly communicated, and incredibly inconsiderate. It honestly felt like Whitney found every reason possible to make my daughter's special day difficult instead of enjoyable. Ironically, one of the hosts later apologized to me directly and even stated, "We really don't mind since there isn't another party." This completely contradicted what Whitney had been saying. First it was that another party was coming, then it changed to "custodial needs to come in." From the reservation process to the actual event, this was one of the worst party experiences I have ever had, and I deeply regret choosing this location for my daughter's birthday.

This is another of Orland Park's wonderful neighborhood parks ... this one on Wheeler Drive. This…read morepark has almost a one square block of fields where soccer games are played, mostly the recreational soccer games organized by the Parks & Rec Department of Orland Park ... but anyone is allowed to come on the fields and play, when not reserved for the organized teams. Our daughter played here in the large Kiddie Clinic Soccer program where they teach young kids the game. Great fun. This park also has two sets of playground equipment for children ... one each for the different age groups. There are also two basketball courts for those that play that sport, and three fenced in tennis courts for those that play tennis. The tennis courts have the added attraction of being lined out for pickleball games also. This is a great park for all to use ... and it is close by in the neighborhood. Try it ...

I've been a member of the Vaughan Center for over a year, and it is beyond incredible. Tons of…read morecardio equipment, free weights, and weight machines. Free towels and a new filtered water dispenser to help push through your workout. I've also done personal training through the Vaughan. My trainer, Brett was fantastic and the rates (especially when you buy more than one session at a time) were great compared to many places. They have tons of different (free for members!) classes like Zumba and yoga to keep workouts fun. Indoor waterpark for the kiddos or kiddos at hear and two huge pools for laps or their aquatic classes. Adorable indoor playground and child area where trained staff will watch your kiddos for a very low price while you get your workout in. The only section I haven't visited is the tennis courts. Huge parking lot, however BEWARE. It seems that most diets start on a Monday night between 6-8pm, so the place is PACKED. Avoid if you are able. I've dealt with the guest services a few times and each time, they are very courteous.

Kids 14+ are able to use the cardio and fitness machines (under a certain age they need to be with an adult) and they do offer many classes that are available for adults (step, spin, kickboxing, piloxing, yoga, pilates, zumba) with what seems to be more being added for kids ( I hope they add more for kids!) They have quite a bit of cardio equipment and machine weights, could use more free weights for those who are serious lifters. They offer personal trainers though I don't know what certifications they hold. Like the other person posted, the down fall is the hours. They just changed the hours so that they close at 5pm on Sundays (BOO!!!) and they are open only till 7pm on Saturdays, while they open at 5am, I really wish they would open maybe at 4am. The kids daycare area is nice and kept clean, the pools are nice though because they are park district sometimes they have to close down the lap lanes and therapy pool for classes. The tracks are nicely kept (upstairs track you need to be 14+ to use) and the field house is large and is home to many community sports but there are some open gym times. It offers a good value so long as you don't mind the limited hours. That would be the ONE thing I would change..open a little earlier and stay open later on the weekends.

However, over time, I feel the facility has gradually lost some of its "premium" feel due to a number of recurring operational issues. There appear to be several systemic problems that impact the overall member experience: Studio and Class Technology Frequent issues with audio equipment in class studios. Microphones often do not work or batteries are not charged. Classes are routinely delayed due to technical problems, which is frustrating during a 45-minute session. Locker Room Maintenance Inconsistent availability of hand towels. Non-working TVs. Only one functioning hair dryer. A general lack of attention to detail that affects the experience. Towel Service One of the most noticeable changes has been the reduction in towel availability during workouts. In the past, towels were consistently stocked and accessible throughout workouts. That service level contributed significantly to the premium experience and convenience. Trainer Support The trainers themselves are strong and professional, but they seem to lack adequate support from management, particularly regarding equipment reliability and coverage when someone is out. As a long-time member, I share this feedback because I'd like to see the HealthPlex return to the level of operational excellence that originally set it apart. Many of these issues seem solvable with stronger oversight, maintenance consistency, and attention to detail.

When I injured myself (from wearing too high of heels, not from working out), he modified my workouts to accommodate me. The gym itself is always clean, and there is an abundance of equipment. Whatever your fitness goals are, Full Spectrum is the place to get them done.
