The therapist (ATI) recommended by Hinsdale Orthopedics was totally incompetent but I was JUST getting my range of motion back and the MUA caused swelling putting me back to square one. Had he not done that, I would've gotten my ROM back. Insurance dropped me because I "wasn't making progress". I fell into deep depression as I was an extreme athlete and now I'm a cripple with a cane.

After his initial assessment, the team agreed he needed 30+ hours of weekly ABA therapy to support his development. Unfortunately, Rush consistently failed to deliver. Despite the agreed-upon plan, our son never received more than 17 hours per week, even during summer sessions it was decreased even further down to just 13 hours. Early intervention is critical for autistic children to build essential skills in communication, cognition, and social development, as emphasized by every autism support group we've joined. Rush's inability to provide the recommended therapy hours has hindered our son's progress. Worse, Rush made recommendations that seemed contrary to his best interests, such as reducing his weekly hours after he missed a few days over a couple of weeks or allowing their therapist make medical diagnosis when they have no training to diagnose medical conditions. This lack of commitment and follow-through has been deeply disappointing. We expected a center dedicated to supporting autistic children to prioritize their needs, but Rush fall far short of that standard.

I was referred to Doctors of Physical Therapy after my hip was pinned. It was a longer drive but I…read moredecided to give it a try even though some therapists were closer. Glad I did. Dr. Camaj was very thorough in her evaluation and worked me diligently. But the best part was when she soon realized "something is wrong" when I wasn't making progress and suggested I go see another doctor for the hip. Good thing she said that... the first surgeon botched it bad and I had to have a total hip replacement. Bottom line, Dr. Camaj's professionalism is second to none, and I highly recommend their service.

I went in with annoying plantar fasciitis. I stopped going because my Dr. told me that I would need surgery - because the PT made things worse. Initially, it was just a little stiffness and pain. Eventually, I was put in an immobilizer boot, only able to walk with crutches, and told to get an MRI because surgery was likely - due to the tendon damage caused by the therapy that was supposed to help me. I understand that the issue was that they were understaffed. It happens. I get it. But their profit should not be at the sacrifice of my health. They should have never taken me on as a patient. They know what they did to me. No one ever called to check in on me. No one ever followed up to see if there was anything that they could do. But guess what they didn't forget - to send the bill. Yeah, they didn't forget that.
