I had my dishwasher stop working in January of this year. One repair company could not get to me for over a week. I looked for another company and came across Tito's Appliance. They were able to come to the house in only 2 days and then diagnosed the problem and ordered a new control board. It took a week to get the part and when it came in, Tito's came the next day to do the repair. Fast forward to 2 days ago. My refrigerator is not working. The freezer is OK but the refrigerator is 55 degrees. Bernie, the tech, came the next day. The problem was a fan and he had one on the truck. Installed and within 30 minutes of his arrival, the refrigerator was fixed. As far a price, not cheap, but the price of parts has tripled since 2021 and of course labor has gone up at least by 20% because of inflation. So, if you have an appliance issue, I highly recommend Tito's Appliance. This is a 5 star review that is very deserving. read more

Tito fit me in within a day when I called about a water dispenser not working and in accurate temps in the fridge. He was unable to fix it as it is a GE fridge and needed GE ppl for different equipment. But he was very honest and told me what to do. The water filter in our refrigerator was not working. Tito Appliance suggested we replace the filter with a 5 year one which would be located on the back of the unit. We could have replaced the one in the refrigerator at a much higher cost. We went with the 5 year filter. Highly recommend Tito with your appliance repairs! read more

Tito and his nephew Bernie came out to do a microwave install. They were efficient, friendly and very reasonable with their pricing. This is business was a wonderful find. This small customer friendly business saved us many hundreds of dollars. We called in to their store with the hope that they may be able to fix our old washing machine or be able to sell us a re conditioned one. Our problem that the washer and dryer both match and are blend seamlessly with our existing laundry ivory cabinetry. They came out early the following day for a nominal fee and replaced the capacitor. The young man that came out was extremely knowledgeable and friendly as well as being on time and efficient. We will definitely use them again for any of our needs as well as recommending them to all our friends. read more

Had a problem with dishwasher not draining. Explained symptoms to the tech that the appliance exhibited. He explained a few causes of this and within 10 minutes found a broken piece of plastic stuck in the pump impeller. Fixed the problem and was done in 30 minutes. My machine died completely. Bernie came out and found that there was no hope. I ordered a machine from their floor and had it delivered. The service call was $60. The machine came in the following week per my schedule. The two men were hard working and installed it quickly. Right away I could tell that the machine had issues being extra rough and loud and the dryer just did not work. I called Tito right away and the next week a much better machine was delivered. I am very happy with the machine now. It took a little longer then I expected, yet grateful that Tito was ultimately easy to work with. Thank you! read more

About a month ago Tito came to look at my washer when he got to my house he looked at my washer with his eyes only and said oh no this is a sensing washer the panel is the problem told me it would cost me 180 to 200 for the part only I was like no way what caught my attention was he was interested in wanting to take my washer off my hands mmmmm well yesterday I had another gentleman come look at my washer and he pulled a sock out of my drain hose lol washers can eat socks but anyways Tito still charged me 60 dollars for only eyeing my washer didn't even touch it he is a scam Be Aware!!!!!!!!!! read more
