This is the worst car wash ever!!! I went there today to wash my car and I had pet hair on the back seat. I asked the manager what wash he recomended and he was really rude saying that it was not possible to get it out. At last I went with the "super wash" but when my car came out it was as if I never toke it in the first place, it didn't smell good, the tires were still dirty and the back seats where terrible. A few months ago I came across the alley and pulled into the Naples Car Wash five minutes before they closed. My car was covered in love bugs, they ran it through once and when it wasn't completely clean they re-opened the now closed car wash to run it again. The owner himself ran the car the second time. They did a nice job on my RAM 3500 dually. My only option was a hand wash because of my dual rear wheels. A little pricey, but worth it considering how big it is. read more

I have been going to this wash aprox once or twice a month for about 1-1/2 years. Usually I have been quite happy but over the past months they have started lacking. I brought it to their attention once, then again a few weeks later when nothing had changed, and again a few weeks later. I guess they don't care. I drive a truck, when drying the rear window they have a stick with a cloth attached so the center of the window gets fully dry, leaving no spots. They rarely use it. Watching the drying team you can see they work with a lack luster attitude and seemingly decided to quit wiping chrome bumpers. This leaves water spots and hasn't been done without me specifically asking them to for the last few months. My side mirrors are folded when entering the wash. Whoever's job it is to unfold them is lacking as the drivers mirror rarely gets unfolded and is left up to me. I'm not the usual on line reviewer type of person, but after bringing these items to the attention of the management couple times, they seem not to listen. I love this car wash. Wish I could somehow bring it back to Michigan. We just don't have anything like this in Grand Rapids. They did a phenomenal job cleaning our van after the drive down. The car was immaculate inside and out and it was all done in under 10 minutes. I drove into the driveway and an employee stopped my car to place a closed sign in front of me. Sometimes it's good sometimes it's the worst. I hate when others have to drive my car in general cause they are not careful. Today was a bad day. Paid 16, and saw lint and spills all over my car. I purchased the works package for 37.50 I think its a number 4. It pretty much includes everything wash, bug removal, vacuum interior, dry, armor all interior and rainex the outside. I was told it would take 30 minutes so I left and took a little walk. I come back and notice its parked out front looking like its ready for pickup. 2-3 bugs are still on the windshield and several more on the bumper. The car is locked though so I cant look inside of it. I let the people know inside about the outside issues and the lady was a little upset and said she would run it through again. Then the older gentleman comes out and ask if the bugs were fresh or old because the old ones wont come off (don't offer a bug removal as part of an expensive package if your people cannot take bugs off). Then after it is done I get back in my car and notice they have not vacuumed around the seats or in the back hatch area. If you want a quick wash and dry they do a pretty good job the machine gets rid of break dust well and makes the rims shine, I would not recommend any higher package you will be disappointed and not want to return. read more

You truly do get what you pay for but for $18 you at least expect what is listed when you pick the package. This is the 3rd time I have gone there and not actually received the "air freshener" that comes with the #1 car wash. Heads up...., I went to get a basic $11.00 car wash I noticed they charged me an additional $4.00 for excessive bug removal - I told them, I didn't want the bug removal service, just the basic wash (cuz really I didn't have but 5-8 bug spots to wash off) but they refused to remove the fee and let me get the $11.00 wash. I even spoke with the manager/owner and he insisted that is the way they have ALWAYS done it -if they see any bug spots - they will charge you the excessive bug removal fee .... So beware - tell your friends too! Because they are really fast at getting your car up to the point of no return. You're not with your car anymore - standing outside - waiting for the guy to actually get your "ticket" showing what was ordered. Now that I know that's the way they do business... If i could rate NO STARS i would. This place charges premium prices for poor basic service. The cashier is a shrew in attitude. Each time i have been there i have to point out at least 3 areas on car not cleaned or wiped properly - mind you the RainX wash ends up over $23, so not cheap. Today the same thing and the workers moved my seat causing me to hurt my chest sliding in car. I complained to the owners son of all the issues-- NOT EVEN an apology-- he raised his voice in front of all customers and employees and told me " politely to go use another car was across town." My car still looked dirty, all my windows weren't cleaned, and the air freshener smelled my car like a dirty sock for a week. Unfortunately had a golf trip I was carpooling for Memorial Day weekend and Calypso was closed. I was forced to come to this dump. Paid 22.00 for the "Super" which included vacumn interior wipe down, clear coat wash and armor all on tires. I've been here before so I knew it might be bad. First, I noticed the solution that washed the cars was delouted. The power dryer wasn't even strong enough to get the leaves out of my grill and intake infront of my windshield. Before I even got into my car, the wheel wells were still covered in dirt and the armour all was splotchy on the tires. When I got in there was still trash around my seat and visible sand/dirt still on the floors. Asked for new car, the must of forgot to spray. My cup holders were still dirty, never got touched. The windows were streaky and still dirty. They never touched my rear view mirrow or dried of my side mirrors. While they were doing my car the manager decieded to hand out tip money to the enployees. Might explain why my car never was fully finished. It was slow and they had a bunch of employees working at the time. No excuse why it was such a terrible job. NAPLES CAR WASH doesn't even deserve a one star rating. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Prior to going there, my car had no dings and no lose or missing paint. They managed to take a quarter size chip of paint off on the driver side mirror cover. I approached the owner RON FOWLE to let him know the situation and he had a don't care attitude. Worst customer service ever. I went for the 12 dollar wash. They started the automatic setup, and I went inside to pay. The cashier, (or owner, because she seemed to be the only one in charge) said that will be 16 dollars. I told her that I asked for the 12 dollar wash, and she said something unintelligible 3 times, sounding like "isisibags". After 3 tries trying to understand, I figured out that she was saying excessive bugs. She then shut down the line, had all the other cars backup, so they could pull my car out. I am a full time resident. I have been to this car wash several times and each time the service gets worse! I went there last week primarily to get my Dad a few gift certificates for Father's Day and decided to get my car done, inside and out! I pulled in and the guy in the back was the only nice employee there! He explained the packages fully! I had no problem paying extra for some additional cleaning I wanted done. When the car was done I checked to see if what I wanted done got done and it wasn't!!!! I tried to call one of the employees over but due to the language barrier I was unsuccessful! I then tried to call Carlos, the manager, over and after 3 times of calling him he finally came over and with an attitude! I Explained my situation to him, he called the employee over, said something in Spanish and walked away!!!! I still wasn't satisfied with the job, and the rude manager, so I parked my car and went inside to speak to one of the owners! This man was the RUDEST of all. Do therefore, I asked for a refund for the gift certificates I bought and was explaining how things outside went and he said to me , "Ma'am if you would stop your yammering I can get your refund and you can go!!!!!!!"
