I am the only one here training Yorkshire Terriers and one of a few men bringing their dogs to classes. My rescue Jax is now registered with me as a Therapy Team with Pet Partners. We're doing visits with other teams at a memory care facility. Soon we will be doing visits at a summer class for special needs children. My long term goal is to be able to visit children in hospitals and shelters. Jax just melts into the arms of a child. Dog training is about training the owner to better communicate with their dog. I am amazed at what I've learned in the past year. Jax has came a long ways too, not to mention his little brother Stud Muffin.
