We were headed to ft worth to a pricey Italian restaurant....I mentioned to my husband how about try local. We ended up here with no regrets. Had to come check it out since I was close and so glad I did. House dressing was delicious and that bread tasted so great. Had some crunch while being just a tad bit fluffy without being so filling like the dougy breads from other places I've been. I got the lasagna and it was delicious. I was super hungry and ate it pretty quickly but tasted so fresh and all the ingredients blended really well. The sauce was not salty or too runny and was just perfect. We did take out for our first visit, so this rating is based on the take out food that we ate at home. I would hope that eating in the restaurant would be a better experience. Like Joe Pesci in Lethal Weapon, "never go through drive thru, they always screw in the drive through" Now we did get what we ordered. Baked Raviolis (which was a special order, it's not on the menu) and the Tour of Italy. Now both had good flavor, not the standard Ragu tasting marinara sauce at many places. HOWEVER, the portions in the Tour of Italy are embarrassing. Fettuccine, Chicken Parmigiana, and Lasagna. There was plenty of Fettuccine, but the lasagna was all of 3 inches square and 1 inch tall. Who makes a 1 inch tall lasagna? Much less charge as much as they do for it!!!! The Chicken Parmigiana was sans Parmigiana and was just chicken with marinara sauce, and it to was extremely small. More of a Cornish hen breast. The salad with it was a little penance in a very small flip top box, smaller than what a Big Mac comes in. I don't like to compare, but the Olive Garden has the Tour of Italy and its 2 meals for me as the portions for each are generous, even with take out. Not to mention the bigger salad bowls that are sent home with you. Granted, this establishment has a tad bit better flavor, the portions for the meal for the same cost as other places, it's not cost effective to justify the purchase. read more

House dressing 6/10. I got the chicken Parmesan dinner entree. It was 15 bucks and the chicken was thin and small lol. With a little portion of noodles with a tomato sauce that tasted very cheap and from a can not impressed. I think it fit more of a $7-8 dollar dish. Wouldn't go here again. A friend of mine and I ordered two different dishes and shared - chicken piccata and chicken carchofe. Both were amazing!! She had soup and I had salad. The bread was tasty. We asked about dipping sauces and decided on the garlic and oil. For dessert we split the chocolate cheesecake. I ordered a white pizza to go because I figured if their dinners are this good, they must have good pizza. Spot on!! I've tried a few other pizza joints in the area recently and they were really bad. Upon entering Napoli's restaurant the waitresses were very nasty they seated us at a table that was very dirty we ordered at first the side order of bread and a cold beer the bread was still her Rock we ordered a salad the salad was dry with one tomato nothing else in it the silverware upon opening up the napkin the fog had food all between the fork the knife was very greasy we ordered shrimp with spaghettis the spaghetti was cold and the shrimp was all chewy it tasted like Walmart freezer food it was absolutely disgusting and very expensive it was actually a wasting my time and I well at the rest of the outside world know how terrible the restaurant is and how it needs to be kept up on its health department issues because it's very disgusting and dirty in there the place needs to be inspected and something must be done about it I will never ever eat there again it's disgusting. read more

Well our company is working on the new elementary school in the area and my co-worker brought me here, soooo the good thing is they have lunch specials during the week. Lasagna was good not great but good. Salad good and cold, I didn't like the house dressing but yall might. I ordered the spinach ravioli and my husband ordered the Sicilian style pizza. To start, they provided us with complimentary warm bread. Crusty on the outside, chewy on the inside, and piping hot from the oven. Delish! The ravioli and sauce is handmade, the green ravioli had a perfectly toothsome texture, flavorful filling, swimming in a blush tomato cream sauce. This is one of the best pasta dishes I have had in forever. Truly crave-worthy! The pizza came loaded, thick, crusty square pizzas. Light on the sauce, heavy on the cheese and toppings. The owner of this establishment, Billy, is horribly rude and when we had to slightly correct him about what gluten is... he decided to start name calling and say that we have no clue what we are talking about. Apparently my 6 year 100% gluten free diet and research doesn't count. To say all that, if you can get in and out without being approached by the owner then your experience isn't too bad. The cashier who helped us the most was very knowledgeable about our Gluten allergen and provided all the options we had. Workers look like they don't want to be there and with that the food me and my family received was missing items and looked like someone ate some of it but I guess this is to be expected with a "Italian" restaurant in the middle of no where. The food is good and they have lunch specials which make it very affordable. A nice place to have lunch with family or friends.

We stopped eating at Napoli's years ago because the owners and waitstaff were so rude, the food is not great and they were always overcharging us. We recently tried to go back. After going twice, we realized nothing has changed. They move in slow motion. It took over 15 minutes for someone to take our order (we were one of three tables). It took another 15 minutes for our soup and then another 20 minutes for our meal. 35 total minutes for spaghetti and meatballs. Our drinks ran out pretty quickly and never got refilled. They do not like children and are super rude and disrespectful to tables with children. The two older people who work there (maybe the owners) are very rude and not appreciative of customers. Both times, we had to dispute our bill because they tried to over charge us. Instead of apologizing and making things right, they get angry and rude like it is our fault they are trying to screw us over. We gave Napoli's plenty of chances but they failed multiple times and on multiple levels. I would never recommend this place and if you do attempt their establishment, check your bill because chances are, it's way over what you should be charged. read more
