That said, the experience quickly slowed down -- and I mean really slowed down. First tip: do not go here if you're in any kind of hurry. Service was incredibly slow from start to finish. The salad unfortunately came absolutely drenched in dressing. We also ordered the garlic cheese bombs, which were actually very good -- though by the time they arrived, we were so hungry from waiting that anything might have tasted amazing. There were several small service details that added up. We had to ask for straws, we had to ask for plates, and we even had to ask for ice for the iced tea. We were never offered drink refills the entire time we were there. Everything is served on small appetizer plates, and when our pizza arrived (which was good -- fluffy dough with great flavor), we had to ask for new plates. The response was, "Do you want more plates?" which felt a bit strange. We also weren't given any pizza serving utensils, so we ended up using butter knives to cut it.
