I want to thank , Kerrigan, Jennifer, Austin, Manny, Abigail, Krystal, Hanna, and Stephanie. They were welcoming, and provided me with the absolute best customer care. They made me feel seen and supported during my time there. While every medical visit has its complexities, these people are the reason I felt cared for. Thank you for your kindness.. Dr Gatson is the sweetest, most compassionate and knowledgeable physician I have ever used, and she…read morehas been my primary physician for over a decade. I can't ever remember a time when she was out of the office, even though it is expected on occasion as she is human. What I like most about Dr Gatson is how she sits down and truly listens, even though she may be typing on her laptop during our conversation. I understand that. Otherwise, she may forget some of the details of our conversation. She is a great diagnostician, but never fails to refer you out to a specialist if necessary. The medications she has prescribed to me seem on point. I've never had ANY complaints against this physician. EVER. I wouldn't hesitate to refer any of my family and friends to Dr Gatson. As far as I am concerned, she ranks as one of the very best. Oh... I almost forgot to add... this may be important to those who only have a limited time to see the doctor. You might have somewhat of a long wait to get called back to an exam room. And then another wait in the exam room. This wait does not bother me, as I know she is only spending one on one time with her other patients and to me, that is what it's all about. Because then I know I'm going to get that same thorough attention. I always clear my morning or afternoon when I have an appointment with Dr April Gatson. And lastly, but certainly not least, her nurse, Daisy, is sweet and takes good care of me. So if you are looking for a thorough, compassionate, accommodating, attentive and delightful family physician, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr April Gatson.

A clerk, not the one me, inserted herself in the conversation by rudely telling me all doctors charge a copay. I replied yes, unfortunately I see many and have always paid in cash. I ask if they could bill me the $35. I was told no and if I couldn't produce a CC I would not be seen today or in the future. I had waited about a month for this appointment. So they basically refused to see me over $35 and lost billing my insurance hundreds of dollar. They also lost a patient. Extremely poor customer service and poor planning by management.

Great place to gentlest done except a few points:…read more Do no believe the auto email you receive after booking your appointment. 1. they tel you via email at what time to arrive for registration...too early and when you are left standing in the parking lot for a while, they blame a computerized system. I got mad. Who programs the computer. The original instructions as to what not to drink or eat before the test, the main things is cafeine. They do not knot that tea has cafeine as well as some sodas. Worrisome to me as it seems that I now more than they do. Can they interpret the results? They do not want to excite your heart before the test, very short test. so ask questions when you book...at what time do you open the door in the morning, if coffee is the only thing you worry about the NOT to ingest very long time before the test.

The physical therapy department is top notch. They care about the patients. We even were part of the Christmas parade in Longview. They constantly encourage and participate in individual recovery. As much help as I needed in the beginning, I never felt as though I was a bother. I plan on continuing to get better and eventually go back as a volunteer. I hope not to need more physical therapy in the future, but if I do, I know where I'll go. Susan Anderson

We put my 89 yr. old father in the inpatient rehab wing for physical therapy. We chose Treviso…read moreafter touring the facility and talking to Abe, who was extremely helpful at that initial meeting. The facility was lovely and had no odor and had a great PT room. Staff was about what you'd expect; some shifts were great and some were not great. He was there 3 weeks when he had a fall. They took him to the ER, where he was checked out and released. Upon returning to Treviso, he was there for a matter of hours when he fell again. This time they called an ambulance, due to the seriousness of the head injury. He went back to the ER and this time was admitted. He was there a couple of days before he passed away in the hospital. My mom and I went back to Treviso that same day and removed his belongings from his room. We received absolutely no contact from Treviso at all. No condolence call, no sympathy card, no email, nothing. Granted, they probably thought we might sue them and they were not saying a word. We were not interested in suing, although you would think they would have kept a close eye on someone who had just returned from the ER due to a fall. I even sent an email to Abe saying it was disappointing to not hear anything from them after my dad's passing. (The hospital had told us that Treviso had been checking in on my dad while he was there, but after he died there was radio silence). But nothing but crickets. So my experience was that they will initially come across as very caring, but that is not the case. I don't blame staff for this; like I said, some were great (we had our favorites) and some were not. But this lack of compassion and humanity falls on Abe and Terry and it just added another level of hurt to a grieving situation. A simple act of respect to a grieving widow was not a lot to expect. And it has definitely had an impact on our experience there.

The only reason I am giving this four stars is because Kim, I'm guessing Kim is the big boss over…read moremany locations, Kim is absolutely incredible. I had a problem with a test taken there.. the test administrator decided to follow her own opinions instead of following the actual rules of what the test states. Cassy and I went back-and-forth for a while and she said some rude things and I really do not appreciate and clearly stated that her license and opinion matter more than what the test said or what the test instructions say. Which I do understand and I commend her for trying to follow the roles best that she can, but I don't think that should give you the right to decide when something is positive or negative when the manufacturers of the test clearly say that a faint line is negative. All of that aside I was very very easily able to get in contact with higher management very quickly, which was very surprising. Kim, the woman who was finally able to resolve the issue was absolutely fantastic., she did not feed around the bush. She apologized, admitted the mistake and got the issue resolved. When I came back up here to get the form showing that my test was negative there was a little bit more confusion and I was working with Serena this time, she was also extremely polite and courteous was not snappy or had any sort of attitude, and she helped me resolve the issue in a timely manner which I really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend People to visit this location. If they are needing to take a test, I would just ask for it to not be administered by Cassidy.

She was an intense listener and well focused on her patient. My regular provider has failed consistently for the last two years. Nancy and HCE absolutely saved the day (and me). Have always been there for me and I am so grateful. The staff was pleasant and efficient. They ended my suffering.
