I'm from out of town and was looking for a good spot to grab some lunch. I called up to Narberth Pizza for some food. The guy said it'll be ready in 10 minutes and it was. Went to pick up the food and was instantly greeted by Todd at the counter who was just amazing dude. Cracking jokes with me and the guy eating there. When I went to pay for my food (really fairly priced), I said keep the change. Todd was very appreciative and said here take a few slices on the house! Which I was able to bring back to my girlfriend's family which gained me some popularity points. (Told them it was on me haha thanks Todd) All of this and haven't even mentioned how excellent the food was. Highly recommend the pizza steak it was phenomenal and the cheese fries were a great side. Ive been ordering from here since I moved 2 minutes away almost 2 years ago and honestly it's some of the best pizza you can get for miles. all the food is great honestly. The best part though is the amazing management. The owner is always so nice it's just refreshing, he is always pleasant and super accommodating. I stopped in last week with my nephew and he was happy to make us fries to go with our already made to go order even though we told him not to worry since it was ready and they were busy. Most amazing is that I called to order a pizza 2 nights ago while heading home from picking up my son. It was late and he was hungry so I knew it would be an easy quick meal. It was extremely cold outside having snowed badly the previous day, being a slow night and the owner having a tooth ache he was closing just a little bit early and the ovens were shut down. He asked me how far away I was and I told him 15 minutes. This guy actually boxed up all the slices (more than a whole pie) and a whole Stromboli for us and waited for me. when I got there he was smiling even in pain and gave me everything he had. he refused to take money for the food after I offered several times and said he hopes we enjoy everything!!! This type of community and kindness is unmatched these days. the food was excellent as always and my entire family, my wife, my 3 children and I enjoyed the delicious food that night. I have to say this place deserves 5 stars for being such a class act and the food is always above par. Do yourself a favor and support a well deserving local business while filling your belly with hot fresh food. I simply cannot compliment this establishment enough. Don't pass this place up!!! And dont let the tiny storefront fool you! This place is an absolute gem! We're visiting from Pittsburgh, Pa and had one of the best meals we've had in a while. It's probably no secret their pizza is delicious- but in addition to the vast menu- we can totally brag about the chicken parm pasta dish with came with a complimentary side salad and garlic bread), the chicken parm sandwich, a buffalo chicken calzone- and a peppers and cheese calzone! What a love hate relationship with Narberth Pizza. We ordered here on the recommendation of a long time local friend that they have the best cheesesteak in the area. Sure enough the cheesesteaks were amazing and the buffalo wings are nicely sized and great spicy flavor. We haven't tried the pizza yet because the cheesesteaks are so good but it's on the to do list. My problem is that you can never find an up to date menu. We've been ordering here every 1-2 weeks for 3 months, but every time you ask for a menu they tell you they are printing new menus and the website is wrong. I know inflation is crazy but at some point you have to tell people how much something cost before they order it? one time there was a stack of freshly printed looking menus on the counter but that STILL had the wrong prices. I am genuinely confused at this point. The actual place is small but very clean. It looks like they just newly renovated. Take out only but that's fine. 4 stars for the food. 1 stars for the no menu. A few years ago, I ordered out from Narberth Pizza Italian Delite and thought the food was good. Tonight, I wanted out order out and decided to place an order at Narberth Pizza. Narberth Pizza is located in the former shopping center known as the Shoppes of Penn Valley and now known as Narberth Plaza. I called, placed my order and about 45 minutes later picked up my food. I got a , spaghetti with chicken, Philadelphia cheesesteak, french fries and a salad. The cheesesteak that I order was still piping hot when I picked it up, which was a nice plus. The worker at Narberth Pizza was really nice and friendly. He made the transaction between paying and providing me with my food really simple. However, I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food. The spaghetti with chicken was below average. The chicken was moist, tender and full of flavor, which I enjoyed. Otherwise, I was disappointed. The spaghetti was too soft and the red sauce had no flavor. The cheesesteak was a bit better, but was still pretty meh. The roll was soft and fluffy, but that's where the positives for the ended. The steak was far too salty and close to indelible because of that. One bite of the cheesesteak and my mouth was overwhelmed with salt. The sides I got of french fries and a salad were not great. The french fries tasted like they were from frozen section at the supermarket. The salad was just subpar and the lettuce did not look fresh at all. Altogether, my experience at Narberth Pizza was below average. However, I am giving them 3 stars because of the friendly staff and the fact that there still is a pandemic. Hopefully, they'll improve their food once the pandemic is over. I'll check back and update. read more

This place was just inspected in Aug 2023 and they had 24 violations! Rodent droppings, flies, lack of soap, etc. etc. among them, which they had the last time it was inspected. Read the reviews and you'll see comments about rotten chicken being served and flies jn the food. And really l, just look at how filthy it is when you walk in... so gross. Been a customer of Narberth pizza for years. Ordered just a sandwich and fries tonight and paid over $22. I was told it would take 40-45 minutes for the delivery. After an hour I called back and spoke with the young lady who took my order. She said it's on its way and will be 5 minutes. 15 minutes past and I called and the owner answered. He apologized and said the order is out with the driver. I'll call him and call you back in less than 1 minute. No call back. 15 minutes later the driver arrived with our cold food. I understand they are probably busy; however, set a reasonable expectation about the delivery time instead of lying to get me off the phone. Especially the owner, I'm sure the young lady answering the phone was just doing what she was told. read more

We regularly order take and delivery from this place. I don't know what's going on, but lately it's gone downhill. They changed their fries and they literally always taste stale and old now, and yesterday I ordered a salad and the chicken was rotten! That's right, it smelled and tasted like rotten chicken. I had to throw it in the outside trash cause my cat kept trying to dig it out of the garbage. I called them to let them know, but no one seemed to care. My father and I went here while he was in town recently helping me move to Philly from LA. Our friend recommended this place for a slice, and we brought my 10 month old daughter with us. The owner said to come on in and that they would be cleaning up soon for closing but if it didn't bother us then we could order whatever we wanted. Well that is not necessarily true because my friend asked if they could make a calzone and the owner said to try the pizza because it was really good. So we both settled on the pizza. He was kind enough to give us a few extra slices for free because I think he felt pretty bad about the calzone thing. The cheesesteak hoagie was ok but I'm still not sure how I was charged $10 for it. Menu on their website says steak is $6.50 cheesesteak is $7.00 (+0.50 for cheese) and cheesesteak hoagie is $7.50. Ordered carry out and when picking up it is $10.00. The teenager behind the counter says the prices went up like a couple days ago. So I look at the menu on the counter and it says cheesesteak hoagie is $8.50. Ok, I can live with a dollar increase but why is it $10.00? Teenager say because of extras I added. Extras? Cheese? It's included in cheesesteak hoagie price. Lettuce tomato & onion? Isn't that what hoagie means and why it is more than a regular cheesesteak? $8.50 + tax = 9.01. Did I get charged an involuntary $1.00 tip for the teenager who I interrupted from her IPhone to ring me up? Wasn't offered a receipt either. Terrible, just terrible! The guy had me waiting on purpose! I came In here to pick up a caviar order for my client but the food wasn't ready yet. it was already 10 minutes past the estimated pick up time. The guy tells me it's coming out (I believe he's the owner). Another 7 minutes past and the pizza finally comes out the oven. He cuts the pizza and puts it on top of the oven instead of handing me the pizza. I'm standing there for another 5 minutes starring at the pizza box which has caviar written on it. The guy finally hands me the pizza. It wasn't even busy at all, there was literally one lady in there who was served already. When I ordered from the website the price for 24 wings were $15.75 and a large pizza $14.95 on the website. But when I picked up my food the prices were $25.90 for wings and $18.75 for large pizza. I was expecting to pay $30.70 but my bill was $44.65. I paid $13.95 more than I expected. I called back to Narberth Pizza and was told they just increased the prices and did update the price increase on the website. I told the manager that it was false advertising. Negative stars - AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! I've gone for years, but went tonight and discovered that a cup of water from the tap adds $1 to your bill. Looks like they have new, and very unpleasant owners. (Slices are also smaller than they used to be) And they don't tell you there is a charge for water. (I noticed when my friend order a slide...and asked...and they told me it was $1 for the water...isn't charging for water illegal:?!) And they become nasty when you ask for your dollar back. Who charges $1 for a cup of water, and who doesn't have a sign that tells you they charge, and doesn't tell you when they add it to your bill. Negative stars for poor and dishonest business practices and bad customer service. I'll be checking out (the delicious!) Bella Italia, Joes Pizza, and Paolos next time around where they mostly don't charge for a cup, or there is a big sign saying what the charge is. read more

Probably the worst pizza we have ever tasted unfortunately. The sauce was much closer to sickeningly sweet ketchup than to marinara sauce. The toppings tasted more like cans than anything else and were unevenly distributed, as was the cheese, which was tough in some spots and somehow also soft and greasy in others. The crust was nearly inedible and barely distinguishable from the cardboard box it came in. The only saving grace was that it was ready on time. Disappointing. read more
