These guys are really fantastic. They fixed the stucco on 3 outdoor walls of my house and perfectly matched the color. He and his guys helped stucco a new construction patio door over siding, and also patch a huge exterior bathroom wall. I honestly did not get other quotes nor did I care to because of the amount of positive reviews he had and his prices seemed very fair for the amount of work asked of him. His guys really cleaned up after themselves and their workmanship shows. He was very dead on with timeframes and the job got done exactly as scheduled. We did have a slight miscommunication on details - because most of the quoting was done over the phone and text messaging, but Junior made it right. My experience with Narco exceeded expectations. I needed a patch of a hole in stucco that was left as a result of plumbing repairs. The Narco crew arrived when expected and were courteous. The work was explained to me by the tech at each phase. He showed me pictures of the stages of the work. He invited me to look at the progress at each step. The final result is great. We had our house re stuccoed in Dec 2016. We went the route to begin with the scratch "brown" coat to improve the smooth look we wanted. One of my biggest issues is being respectful to clean up. I am a very picky person when it comes to doing something of this magnitude. What I believe is when you do jobs this big you want to be sure that after you are done you love it everyday. Nothing worse than seeing something for years later that you wish you could change. With that said, working with Junior and the Narco crew was so refreshing. They are very professional in what they do, along with making sure We were comfortable at every stage of the process. Junior took time to address all my concerns and was very patient. If it wasn't for Megan, I would have given this company a lower rating. Megan was very very responsive and apologetic. However, I was so disappointed that I got stood up twice. All valid reasons, but it could have been delivered better, letting the customer know that they can't make it a day in advance. The first time, their project manager didn't show up because he called in sick. Ok, valid. That can happen to anyone and I completely understand, but they didn't notify me. I had to reach out to them first. The second time, I had to cancel the appointment due to poor weather condition. The third time, Megan reached out to me if they can reschedule, so I agreed since they were nice enough to adjust to my first request. The 4th time, I waited and decided to message them to see if anyone was coming and Megan once again wrote back and gave a reason and she told me that one of the project managers can get to my place in 15 min. By that time, I couldn't wait and had to head to work. Then the last message was asking if I want to reschedule. It's hard enough just to get an estimate. I wonder if they would actually show up for the real job if I were to sign a contract with them. In any business relationship, you want to make the best first impression. Junior shows up when he says he would, he is very professional, personable and clearly explains what he sees, what could be done and how they will do it. The estimate he gave us was within the average range of everyone else, however he was the only one to commit to a date for his crew to show up. And they did. On top, they were able to recover the catastrophic job the previous plasterer did on a retaining wall AND even covered with the same material another wall so it would look perfect. They started work at our house and when they realized that we could tell what they were doing was crap, they asked to be released from their contract. Then they quickly filed a lien on our home. Narco Plastering just redid our outdated exterior and gave our place a whole new look. The previous owner had redone the windows trying not to touch the stucco, so guess what? We had leaks and had to have an entire patio door replaced. The Narco crew was great. They came and saw that the base coat of stucco was put in immediately after the door was replaced, came back and redid the the sealing around another problem window, then came back and redid the entire house, replacing old wood trim that was looking terrible, with new foam accent trim. They redid the side of my garage. Plaster looks nice and the paint color match is good. Cleanup was good. some plants got smeared and the workers mixed paint on my grass until I asked them to find another place, but all in all positive results.
