When we asked for reassurance on the revised timeline and quote Geovanny simply told us that it was "not up for negotiation." It is doubtful that Q7 is interested in or values your business. With service this bad before they started work or got paid it is hard to imagine they would even pretend that you exist afterwards if an issue were to arise. EDIT: See business owner response below obfuscating rather than simply offering an apology and solution to ghosting the project without a single attempt to reach out about it. The sump pumps and moisture barrier were installed in two days. Ernesto Mora himself came to offer the initial quote, and returned once the work was completed for a final inspection, and to collect payment. When my electrician went into the crawlspace to install a dedicated circuit, he came out and said that if it were his house, he'd be "very happy with the work, and I've been in a lot of crawlspaces!"

I have a home whose gutter was retaining water due to the house settling over time. Due to the location of this section and how our yard is configured, just adding a downspout wouldn't work. After the past couple years of heavy storms it was time to do something about it. I reached out to 4-5 companies on Yelp as I do for projects like this. Most wanted to clean my gutters or replace them entirely. Not DG, they were the only one who listened and understood how to fix the problem. Daniel came out to look at the project and was very capable of fixing it. He told me exactly what my problem was, what he would do to fix it and quoted me a fair price. None of the others even bothered to get on a ladder or measure anything before quoting me $800-$1000 just to clean my gutters. Daniel came out about a week later and did the work and was very professional, cleaned up after his work and made the gutter functional again, all in about two hours. He even went above and beyond by removing some old wood attached to the roof where a previous owner had put water solar on the roof. We got the premium shingles, roof ridge venting, a flat area cricket, and good quality aluminum gutters that fit our home's style and color scheme. Esteven was the site lead, and made sure that all aspects of the job went smoothly. He also made sure we knew what work was to be accomplished each day. Since we started with solar panels, the replacement involved coordinating with the solar company to remove and re-install the panels. Esteven and his crew did an excellent job adding extra underlayment where solar panels were to be re-mounted, marking the roof rafters so the solar company could firmly install the mounting brackets, and adding extra waterproofing for each solar bracket stand-off. Esteven removed a powered gable vent fan, ensured there was nothing damaged in our attic when cutting the ridge line to accommodate the new ridge vents, made sure no insulation interfered with airflow for the venting, had the crew clean the site before leaving each day, and fixed any cosmetic issues that had been caused by the construction.
