We had a pile of tree debris and a large branch that my husband planned on getting rid of. Unfortunately, he just had open heart surgery and is unable to do too much physical tasks. We were stuck with this huge mess and worried about wild animals nesting in it. I asked Dan if I could hire him to help with shredding our pile of debris and the branch. I know tree businesses are usually on a tight schedule running from job to job so I wasn't sure he'd have the time. But, Dan said he was happy to help and....incredibly, he refused payment. His whole team were friendly group and did a wonderful job. Made sure everything was blown and cleaned up. I was so taken with his kindness. On Friday evening I returned home from work to discover a mature maple tree in our yard had broken…read morea cable that was holding the two parts of the tree together and the trunk was splitting at the y intersection. The part that was splitting away was pointed at our house and if it fell it would have covered the front part of our house doing pretty significant damage. I set about calling tree services and spent a restless night worrying the wind was going to finish the job. After not getting any xall backs on Saturday morning, I called Dan from Teee Tactics after giving up on the other services. He returned my call within minutes and an hour later ,on a Saturday, was in my driveway. He was able to get up there and secure the trunk with rope until he could return with his lift truck to put in new cabling in the appropriate spot. By 430 he was done, our tree was saved and our house safe. I already have him coming back to do some trimming and removing another dead tree. I am a small business owner myself and I cannot express how happy I am to receive the type of service I provide my customers.

My message went completely unanswered. So, I was ghosted by this company. I don't waste other people's time, and I take exception when other's waste mine. It's a total lack of professionalism and common courtesy. Moreover, it's a hell of a way [not] to run a business! I see from reading through other reviews on here that I'm not the first and only customer to complain of this specific issue with this company. Beware! They will steal YOUR time! Update 6/7/26: They just proved my point by responding to this review 10 months after it was posted. It would seem that timeliness escapes these folks at every turn. Too bad their recall of the facts faded so much with the passage of time! I left my original review after a week elapsed between my reaching out via phone and text to both Tiffanie and John. The following morning at the start of business, Tiffanie began psycho-calling and texting me, leaving hysterical voice messages and sending repeated texts. Suddenly, she had plenty of time on her hands. I was forced to block their numbers in order to stop the harassment and to be able to continue with my own business day.

Based on about a year and a half of trying to work with them, communicating with them is extremely slow and frustrating. They are very bad at managing and communicating schedules. Last January they took down a very large tree in a very visible location in our yard. They had to take down part of an adjacent hedge to access the tree, which I understand, but they did discuss it with us ahead of time. After the fact, they told us verbally that they would replace the shrub. After 9 months and many, many attempts to follow up with them, they have not replaced the shrub.
