Been going to Dr Manuel office for over a year for my two kids. We recently had a change of…read moreinsurance card but our old insurance was still active , they refused to see our kids for their vaccinations until we provided them with the new cards. Unfortunately the reception there isn't the best and we couldn't get the images of the card to download on our phone. When asked if we could have their Wi-Fi to log on Brian said he didn't know the password. We tried for about 30 mins and all we could get was the policy number which was not good enough for Dr Manuel. They wouldn't give us service even if we were to send them our cards after we got home. Keep in mind they have our credit card on file to charge if needed. At this point our kids were very cranky and we left. About 30 mins after we left we get a voicemail from Brian saying that they have a appointment at 4pm on the same day and if we don't come back we will be charged $125 per kid for cancelation. Will never go back here and will never recommend anyone going. Find a doctor who actually cares about the patient and not the money. On the side note when you call the office the doctor answers the phone and pretends she's the secretary. Very weird !!!

We were committed to our appointments. We were always early even though the speech therapist was always at least 10 minutes late. The only appointments we missed were when my child was sick and one time when we went on vacation. They also gave us incorrect information regarding what our copay would be and they just didn't seem to care. Overall I'm sure they've helped a lot of kids but I can't imagine that there isn't a better option out there.

This review is specifically for the only therapist he worked with - Christia. Physical therapy is not exactly an extracurricular activity a child looks forward to - or so we thought. We were expecting our son's physical therapy to be tolerable, at best. Christia was able to prove us wrong from day one. Our son LOVED his sessions, and often asked if we could "go to the walking doctor today." To our surprise, he actually looked forward to his PT just as much as, if not more than, his other "fun" activities. Christia was able to provide a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. She designed a program for our son that was both fun, and effective. My son was having so much fun "playing", that he didn't even realize he was working/exercising. Christia has the perfect personality to work with children, and seemed to genuinely care about our son's progress and well being. She was also great to work with from our (the parents) end as well. She was flexible when it came to scheduling issues, and was great about starting and ending our appointments on time. She welcomed our feedback, and made us feel like our opinions/input actually mattered. In short, we could not have asked for a better physical therapist for our son. I fasted and came in at 8:15am and it turns out they did not send the paperwork for me to get my lab work done! At the time Daniela was at the front desk and tried to call and found out they answered the phones starting at 9am. So I had to wait an hour and then Diana helped me out. Both Diane and Daniela were very helpful and went out of their way to help me. It was faster than me calling them, it takes me about 15-20 get through. They were both very patient and helpful with me, sometimes I get frustrated because I am partially blind. They were so professional and patient and very helpful! Great job ladies, this is why I love to get my work at Facey Lab. I have never had and issue with them and also the nurses are great. I feel very comfortable getting my blood out with them.
