Three hours until closing and we wanted to enjoy a little go cart riding. The unlimited wristband was $27.99, but the wait time was 45 minutes on all 8 of their tracks! I asked if they had a discounted rate considering we couldn't ride everything and the answer I got was "Nope, that is how it is!" After me making a little snarky remark, the worker said their half price starts the last hour they're open. I give Nascar SpeedPark a 5 star simply because of their pricing structure and value. $25 gets you rides all day. There isn't another Go Kart place in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg that can even come close to that. All of the other's charge by the ride, and you can easily spend $100's to race as much as you can at Nascar. They also have a drink cup for $7.50 that gets you unlimited refills all days. That is unbeatable as well. The facilities are run down, and a little TLC would go a long way, but for all that you get, the value is too great to really complain. read more

I've been taking my son and nephew for years but it has been about 3 years since the last time. Now I have my daughter and youngest son. This was one of the best deals in the area. Kids could ride and drive all day for a reasonable rate. My youngest being 2 and 35 inches. The girl at the counter said he could ride the kid rides and ride with adult on about 4 of the tracks. But he must pay 25.99 like everyone else. It cost $111.66 for 2 adults, 5 year old and 2 year old. The first track we go to it says 40" not 36". They said no he can't ride with adult. I took my daughter and my wife took the 2 year old to a kiddie ride. After we finished I seen my wife waiting for us. She tells me they said he can't ride the kid ride. That there is nothing he can, even with adult. I take him inside and speak to another girl at the counter. She right away says.... He can't ride anything. Why did she sale you a ticket for him? Excellent fun for teens!!! Great value for the money. You get a wristband for the day, come and go as you please, open until 11pm and the crowd shows up a little later in the day which makes it more fun. Staff is excellent, friendly and caring. Food and drinks reasonably priced. My 13 and 15 year old had a blast. Will definitely come back on our next visit to pigeon forge and would highly recommend it:))))) read more

Me and the hubby did this. It is definitely fun for the whole family. We were able to do several different tracks. Each one was a unique experience. It wouldn't hurt them to tune up their cars because it was luck of the draw on whether you would get a car that would fly or you would be putting along bored but overall it was a fun experience. read more

Only reason for the 4 star was because one of the workers were letting these older teens to young 20 year olds to keep driving and wrecking each other and sometimes other ppl were in the mess. I waited in every line at least 30 minutes and ended up not enjoying them anyways. It seems as if the employees were stalling or trying to keep you from having fun because they would spend excessive time sweeping the track when you could be riding. I debated on giving a two star but went with a three star. Here is why: Pros: Unlimited rides on the tracks. The food was good and the wait time wasn't bad (maybe just because we didn't have to wait in line to order) The price for the food is average for an amusement park. You can come and go as you please. (Mostly) Friendly staff- the one on the kid track was very good. Other rides included in wristband. Cons: The rides that were included broke down while my children were on there and the staff working it didn't inform anyone and walked off to get someone else. It was hot and there were several people just sitting on the rides clueless. When someone asked what was going on, the staff barely spoke English and didn't even stop walking when trying to tell us. It just wasn't professional and made an impact on our trip. This happened twice that day. The cashier at the restaurant inside was rude and moved slow. We had to go back to get chili and cheese on our fries that we paid for then she said we didn't pay for it so then I had to show the receipt to prove we did. The person working the slushee stand moved incredibly slow. I mean, 20 minutes per person slow. It was THE slowest line I've ever stood in. The bumper cars inside are not included which is kind of a bummer. The lines for the go karts were pretty long which we don't mind the wait but all go karts weren't being used. Maybe I don't know the reasoning and there's a good one but it seems silly to not use them when there is a 20+ minute wait. I gave it a 3 star because... where else can you go in Pigeon Forge and ride go karts? Everywhere. But after 2 rides, you've spent just as much. So, they definitely could improve but it's a nice thing to do with your kids or without. read more

Fun and cheap, but cheap for a reason. The park is sort of dilapidated and one of the rides is taken apart as if it killed someone. Service isn't too great but not awful. Didn't taste the food, but you know how food is at places like this. I wouldn't try it. We chose this park on our way out of town thinking a couple of hours would be sufficient. Boy, were we WRONG! The $19.99 all day price lures you in. We had a $2.00 discount coupon...so, it made it even more enticing considering other places were $5.00 per ride. They do charge admission for everyone. However, there is a spectator fee of $6.00, which includes mini golf. Much better than the $19.99 all day admission for parents who don't want to ride. We only had time to ride two kart tracks. Yes, that's right...two rides in two hours. The kart rides themselves are longer than the usual 3 times around where we live...this is about the only good thing for the go-karts. The shortest line was :30 at best...and that's only if the staff doesn't need to gas up the cars, which takes :15-:30 at a time. It's pretty telling when my teenagers are asking if we should just leave and if I wanted to be reimbursed by them. It's an all day pass because it takes you all day to get on all the rides. I have stood in shorter lines at an actual amusement park. Fine if you want an all day event...not so good if you are looking for something to do for a couple hours. read more

Well, it seemed like a good idea. Unfortunately, the employees lie to you to get you in the door. I paid 111 dollars for our family of five. This was based on the promise of "all the rides you want" and "play all the games you want!". Um, no. The ride part is true, but we had to pay for all of our arcade games. Two of my three kids decided they were terrified of the go karts, and refused to ride. That isn't the park's fault, of course. But I'm including that because once you pay your 20 bucks per person, know that you are screwed if your kid decides to wuss out. So we went to the arcade and I dropped EVEN MORE money in there. We went here as part of a family vacation. I didn't go, being the Mom. But my husband and two boys went (11 & 9) and they all loved it! Stayed all day while I piddled around in the shops nearby. We took bottled water along with and kept it in a cooler in the back of the van and I would go back to the Nascar Speedpark every once in a while and my family would come out and drink some water or gatorade instead of spending money there on drinks. We purchased the all-day wristband which for three of us cost a little over $100. So with the wristband on they could come and go as they wanted. We bought our son an all day pass for $24 and he is five @ 44" tall, so he was limited to what he could do. It was slow , so they only had a couple people running the rides and you had to wait at each ride for the attendant to get done at one ride to walk over and run the ride you were in line for. Also, they had three rides down and/or not running so it even limited his experience even more. Since it was slow they only had half the staff and they ran the rides very inefficiently, then they shouldn't have charged full price for the bracelet. I will not be back! read more

First time at this park and while waiting on line is expected, the go carts were less than exciting when driving them. Several times I was given carts that stalled on track. The over 16 track was the worst part of the day. Only ran 5 carts at a time with 50 plus people waiting in line. Dont go here if you have 1 any sort of handicap! You are not welcome to ride go-karts here. I'm a diabetic and have a condition called charcot foot. And have to wear a special boot in order to be able to walk I do everything with it including drive but this go kart track does not welcome me to ride go to some other Park in Pigeon Forge and ride they let me ride they're just fine I explain to them why I need this food and they still are unwilling and discriminatory to let me ride this is not a family friend friendly place I would go to any park but this one had to sit and watch my family ride why I had to sit on the sidelines go to any other part I think stream go kart track they'll let you ride there. Unorganized and confusing; even the staff seem to not have a proper grasp on how their pricing system works or the requirements for certain tracks. I visited with my partner and her family. My partner is on the shorter side, only 4'8" despite being 18. The highest height limit they gave was 56" (4'8") so we figured she would be fine. Turns out the track we got tickets for had a 60" height requirement, so we ended up just getting refunds. No clue why the staff would allow us to purchase the wrist band in the first place. To make it worse, my partners brother was denied the wrist band because he doesn't have a drivers license. My partner also doesn't have a drivers license, but again, she got a wristband for some reason. In short, the staff seem too have little to no idea how the place works, the tracks are incredibly lame and expensive, and practically every other go kart attraction in the area is a better deal, more entertaining, and more organized. read more

At $35 for day pass wrist band, I'd say this place is over priced. We got there first thing in the morning and the place was still pretty busy. Everything was either closed or breaking down. I was in a group of 4 and on the first 5 tracks, we had three cars break down. They were short staffed, so they didn't have but half the cars running and ended up with some long lines. One track was closed and most of the rides were closed, I really wished they would of told us this before we bought our tickets, I doubt we would of bought them. It seemed like the place was run by a bunch of teenagers. Some of the tracks needed to be re-paved. They did give us a free drink bottle, with your first drink free and refills were only a $1.50, so that was nice. We've been here four times, the most recent being yesterday (August 2016). It's the same as it's ever been, and let me address some of the issues in the other reviews. Yes, it's loud, some people act stupid on the tracks, and the appearance (not the equipment) looks kind of run-down. It's a NASCAR go-kart track next to Pigeon Forge. I'm not sure what kind of sophisticated travel experience you're looking for. For what it is, it's super fun. Since last time we were here, there are a lot of new go-karts on most of the tracks. The staff was extremely conscientious about checking everyone's safety straps-- maybe because of recent incidents in the news about accidents at other theme parks? Whatever their reason, they were very attentive to safety. The signage above the tracks is pretty old, but the tracks themselves are well-kept, staff are friendly, and there are a couple of misting tents for hot days. My kids love this place because of the variety of tracks-- you can spend hours here, take a break to go on the rock climbing wall or get an icee, and then go back outside to race some more. We are not normally NASCAR people (see my other reviews), but you can't not have fun here. Unless you really can't stand engine noise, car exhaust, and occasional obnoxious people (mostly adults) who don't know how to play nice. I go to New York City a lot, so I'm used to all of those things. read more

Ok so I will start my saying I was here the week of July 4th. My wife, 5yo daughter and I got the 7 day unlimited pass. We normally went every morning from around 9:30 when they opened to 12:00-12:30 and went back a few times that week around 8:00pm. Stars getting busy around 12:30 and had about a 3 race wait on the bigger cars at night. They have two small tracks for little kids which my daughter loved that she could drive by herself. She was able to do all but two tracks if she was ridding with me. The bumper boats open up at 12 and there are a few of the kid rides that are not attended early in the morning but there is not much of a crowd there which was nice. If you ask a worker at another ride with no one there they will go work the ride for you. The lines early in the mornings were great maybe had to wait 1 race before you were on. Now we had a great time but we were there for my daughter. I had a good time as well. But I would say if you are an older bunch of guys wanting to really nice maybe try somewhere else. If you are with your family and want a great experience that you can do over and over agin while on vacation get the 7 day pass and go out there and race some go carts. The excitement and joy it brought to my 5 year old to be able to drive by herself was great and I highly recommend this place for families. read more

Great deal 21.99 gets u all the rides go karts an amusement. Concession are terrible 1 line probably 30 -40 deep. Arcade pretty sorry if they depended on arcade it be closed games pretty sorry games with prizes empty. Great for kids and some fun for adults. There are several go-kart tracks that are fun for adults and kids and some that are just for kids. The facilities are a little dirty and dated and you can see that up-keep isn't a priority. The staff was okay and right inline with the service you'd expect in the area. Nothing great and nothing bad just there to keep things moving. There is an one price model however the games inside are extra as is the 'spin zone' which is not included. There are plenty of go-kart places and this one not a real standout. read more

The boys who work the tracks at The Intimidator are in la-la land, especially the tall, thin boy. Not only does he have no sense of urgency to get people in and out so you don't have to wait so long, he is EXTREMELY SLOW!!!!! His main objective is to talk to teenage girls. We literally watched him hold up all who were seated and ready to go because he lost track of what he was doing because he started talking to 4 girls who would be in the next round, telling them which cars were the fastest for them to grab. Also the boys talk to each other, and other workers and people while nobody is in the empty cars waiting to be used. It is fun BUT A VERY LONG UNNECESSARY WAIT!!!! You should not have to wait about an hour to get on a track when the park doesn't have many people there. As for the mini-golf--horrible old nasty course--needs completely redone. read more

The line that is for people who buy tickets online it if you have a season pass is slow. Computer does not work half the time. The passes showed expired when they were purchased the day before. There is some old employee that just stands around and looks off in space not sure what her purpose at the check in line is. My 12 year old had a blast. A lot of go cart options and for the price, it's a great deal to ride an unlimited amount of times. He did for about 3 hours. For my younger child it was not the best place. We were confused with how they explained admission and though we all had to pay to get in even if we weren't riding. So we all paid and headed in to discover most of the rides she was able to ride didn't have an attendant. I went back over to the cashier to complain and realized I didn't even have to pay if I was not riding anything. Because there wasn't much for my daughter I opted to have is both refunded and play in the arcade instead. They refunded with no issues. We spent the next 2 hrs playing games and eventhough those were limited for her age too, we still had a blast playing alot of fruit ninja to win her a My Little Pony stuffed animal.
