Something for everyone in here. We took a stroll through and checked out all of the games and offerings. It has a lot to offer. Maybe a spin on the crotch rocket and race. They have extremely huge claws or catchers too. It's definitely a lot for the senses.

This arcade is awesome and very clean! Spent the evening with my family here and we played a lot of different games! Our favorite was the Wizard of Oz coin pusher! We had to hunt down the Toto card and we luckily found him twice, which allowed us to complete two sets worth 5,000 tickets each! The prize selection was pretty impressive as well. Lots of different options, from stuffed animals to kitchenware and LEGO. If you're looking to have a good time with family and friends, I definitely recommend stopping by to have some fun! Amber was very friendly and helped us out with our prizes!

We came here twice spending $100 each time because it was the better deal. The first day was bank, kids won from the crane games and I got a whole card set at the Wonka game. Second day, we weren't as lucky. The prizes for the lower amounts for teens didn't have the best options. They took forever because they couldn't find what they wanted. We would be back though if we go on vacation again here

Great air hockey table! Love the little ice "clink" sound it makes when pinging off the sides.

When planning a quick 2 day vacation with my 14yo son, I decided to surprise him with our first visit to Arcade City. I purchased a great promotional game card offer on their website ($50 for $65 worth of game play. You can also add on to your card at the automatic kiosk near the front door, we reloaded a few separate times with $20 & received the $5 bonus free play each time). While they only had a couple actual old skool arcade machines (PacMan, which is our favorite & only cost $0.25 per play), they did have several other games to play. There was an equal mix of full grown adults and children of all ages having a blast playing games. Most games range from $1-$2, a few were $3-4. We really enjoyed their air hockey table, ski-ball is always a favorite, and we got hooked on the Wizard of Oz game by the front door. Everyone around was trying to locate the elusive Toto card. We spent a few hours playing games and by the end of the night, I had scored the elusive Toto to complete our full set of cards (which nets you a bonus 5,000 points).

Instead of being very cuisine-focused with (at most) a kitschy theme, Downtown Flavortown feels more like an arcade with upscale food and drink options. It's really neat, but it's definitely not what I expected! (Protip! If you're going to eat or drink here, plan to do it at a standard table or while duck bowling. It's very very hard to do it while at the arcade!) PROS: -Lots and lots to do here. You can enjoy a sit-down meal, duck pin bowling, or play in an arcade. There is also a gift store and a few photo backdrops available. We didn't actually eat any of the food (only drinks and activities) and still spent 3 and a half hours here. -The place is beautiful. It's clearly newer, but even so, the choice of decor really helped make the place. There are a lot of bright (static) colored lights in addition to reds and woods. It has a bit of a casino feel to it. And of course, the word "Flavortown" is pretty much everywhere. -Gigantic parking lot right outside. Really, it's a mall-sized parking lot. Considering how much difficulty we've had parking a few places in the area, this was a really welcome sight. -"Duck bowling" lanes were pretty new, and they operate flawlessly. We didn't have any issues with miscounted pins or unfunctional hardware. The employee who seated us was also privacy-conscious, and he was seating teams one lane apart since they weren't at full capacity. It made for a really great time. -"Duck" bowling lanes also come with prizes to work towards. You can win a little duck (100 points) or big duck (200 points) if your bowling total is high enough. I'm sure the ducks cost them next to nothing, but it was definitely a deciding factor in whether we wanted to play more games. -Drinks were heavily poured and flavorful. The staff understood their offerings, too, and could offer suggestions based on what flavor profiles you enjoyed. -All of the arcade games worked. While some of them were a little sketchier than others (a ball-tossing game had wet balls that made our hands sticky after playing it; I'm guessing someone spilled a drink in it), all of the games did function as we expected them to. -Arcade games are on a plastic card system. You'll need to head to a kiosk (self-service) to refill them and see how many tickets/points you have, but it is way easier to manage than coins or tickets. -Bathrooms were really clean, and it was cool to see complimentary mouthwash here as well. I can't say I've seen that in a restaurant before. -They have a single room "Family" bathroom in here with children's needs, toilet, and urinal for any families traveling. CONS: -The arcade is missing tables or flat surfaces for drinks. While you're free to grab a drink at the bar and take it into "the" arcade just steps away, the lack of flat surfaces makes this difficult. Since a lot of adults would want to play arcade games with a bit of booze, this does keep the arcade relatively child-heavy. -Prize-to-ticket ratio for "cashing out" your winnings were a bit high. Despite three adults playing the games (versus children who may get lower scores), our $25 of playtime didn't even help us qualify for a movie theater sized box of Skittles. It wasn't the end of the world, but it was definitely surprising.

The staff seemed understaffed, and our food took about 45 minutes to come out. We honestly didn't mind the wait since there wasn't much else to do with most places closed. They offer a wide variety of games, which we played first before sitting down to eat. I ordered the chicken tenders. They weren't bad, but they tasted like they may have stayed in the oil a little too long. Overall, it ended up being a good backup plan during the storm and gave us something fun to do when options were limited.

I'm a Dave & Buster's Rewards member and visit the chain often in multiple cities, including Los Angeles, Hollywood, Washington, and now Sevierville. This location absolutely holds its own. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly, not nearly as crowded as I expected given how tourist-heavy the area is. I visited with my sister, niece, and nephew, and everyone had a great time. Food was on point: I had the steak salad and the Philly cheesesteak, and we also shared the pretzel bites. Everything came out fresh and tasted great, no complaints across the table. Staff were friendly overall and helpful when needed. A special highlight was the Human Claw attraction; my nephew loved every second of it. Pure joy, zero regrets. All around, this was a solid, fun, well-run Dave & Buster's, and I'd happily come back next time I'm in the area.

And then ... a giant voice booms from the sky that everyone wearing white wristbands need to leave because their time is up. Hey, we're wearing white wrist bands! "Aw!" You say to your disappointed children. "We have to go! They are making us leave. No, we can't stay longer because otherwise, we'd be breaking the rules." And it's not your fault that you're making your children leave the "funnest" place they've visited all week. It's TopJump's fault. The booming voice is the bad guy, not you. Thanks, TopJump, for having a time limit. Otherwise, it would be hard to get my children to leave this place. This place really is fun for kids. There are trampolines, a trampoline dodge ball court, trampoline basketball courts, ninja courses, a foam pit, an area for really young kids, and lots of rock wall climbing in a different section. The climbing area was where I was most nervous, but they show you how to snap into the climbing system. Parents help their kids do it, and it's super simple. By the end, my oldest child was doing it himself and helping other kids, too, so it's very easy. The climbing area is where adventurous kids can really show off, because there are lots of different things to climb. I'm subtracting one star because the joint is a little worse for the wear. You can tell that the building is old, and things just look a little peaked. But there are lots of attentive staff everywhere making sure kids are playing safely, so that's the most important thing.
