Day one after receiving them, wash one, water was everywhere. All over the floors, lower part of the walls in the Landry room and hallway. We called, they said they would call by EOD to schedule a service appointment because there was water damage and no one called. So we followed up the next day. They said they would call to set a service appointment... no call. My wife called again. She spoke with Jim the service manager. He assured her that he would have someone come out at a certain date and time. She subsequently got a confirmation text with completely different info than what was discussed. We were then sitting at one week without a washer. Made one last call to speak to the store manager. He didn't seem the least bit concerned about our issue. Seemed like I was bothering him by calling. I told him to just come and get them and issue a FULL refund. Guess what... got a refund. Not a full one. They refused to refund the delivery fee for delivering damaged equipment. And, they didn't even hook up the dryer correctly either. We paid extra for a steam kit and such, never even installed it. EE is a joke! Heck - we were even told by one of their employees, there was a manufacturer defect in some of these models but that they would rectify it. And still got nowhere with them. What a waste of time and money (the delivery fee). We will never do business with them again. Truly, terrible customer service experience.

My grad school started in mid-August for the fall semester, so maybe it's not wacky. The clearance section is small. It's in the left back corner of the store. There were some nice tumblers, but I have enough of them! The washrooms are at the back of the store. The women's was clean and nicely stocked. I like looking at rolling computer bags. There were a couple that were on sale, but they are all black and boring. I enjoyed looking at the brush and calligraphy pens, too. It was nice to browse around. I stopped by in search of a drafting chair due to a higher than average desk I have at home. There were not many employees on the floor, so I was not able to get assistance in my search until I went to the register and spoke to the cashier. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. He offered to look up locations that may have them around the area, as drafting chairs were only carried at specialty locations or online. I wasn't that pressed, so I just asked for the location details. In addition to that information, he also offered other solutions for taller desks such as mountable keyboard drawers and trays. Sadly they did not carry those either, but it did give me good idea for a cheaper alternative. Overall, the location is dated and in need of an update, but the shelves are stocked and the service was top notch!

I went to pick it up but was told that I must bring in my old computer for a trade in first. I explained I will once I download all my files from the external drive and make sure they are on the new computer. They would not allow me to pick up the new computer I just paid for. I asked if they could just charge me the cost of the trade in and I would be happy to pay in and then get a refund once I return it. They stated they could not do that and would not give me the new computer. They offered for me to bring in my old computer and sit in the store for the next hour and transfer all the data in front of them or have them transfer all the data for me. I explained I did not feel comfortable having someone access all my personal information. They stated there is nothing else they could do. I cancelled the order and went to Apple Store and picked up same computer that day without issues. I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THE FUTURE FROM BEST BUY AND RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS STORE COMPLETELY!
