First off, over winter break my kids were always on the computer and ended up breaking all of the computers in my house plus my work computer. I desperately needed my work computer so I brought it to On Demand Computer as I work right around the corner. I explained to the owner that my kids were downloading things they shouldn't have from gaming websites and that that was when the computers started to go bad. He told me that there were 2 possibilities; either my computers had viruses or the windows was corrupted. He told me he would get to them as soon as possible as he had other computers to work on but that he would probably diagnose them today. I agreed to that and left and a half hour later, he called me and told me that my computer's windows were corrupted and he explained to me the cost and asked me if I wanted to go ahead with it. I had already called around and I found out that he was the most reasonably priced so I told him to go ahead and do it. 2 hours later I picked up my computers and he told me to first test them out to see if this was the way they worked before they got corrupted. They didn't. They worked even better than before! I was so pleased, that I decided to refer my many friends with computer problems to him. He treated me with respect the whole time and was very quick and professional, and takes pride on the work he does.Now I have another computer problem so I will definitely come back here! These guys are lifesavers! I had my little nephew come over and let him play on my MacBook, but he spilled juice It. I went to apple but they told me that liquid damage isn't included in my AppleCare( what's the point then) and that I should just throw out the computer and buy a new one or pay a price way over $600. As both of these weren't in my budget, I decided to find another business that could fix it for me for cheaper. I went on Yelp and found out that Ondemand Computer was right next to my apartment, so I decided to drive on over. When I came, an employee talked to me and told me that they didn't have the part in stock, but they could get It tomorrow st no extra cost for shipping. I agreed and the next day I had my MacBook working again, and only had to pay half of what apple was asking! I can't say how pleased I am with this place! First, they don't offer hourly rates they only charge a one time flat rate fee ( Which I am happy with since I am on a budget), they also actually call you when they say they will give you updates unlike the other people I went to. When they figure out the problem they call you and explain the cost and what is wrong with the computer before they do any work on it. Then they ask if you want to go ahead with fixing it or if you don't and just want to pick it up. They really surprised me, because I believed they would be just like all the other computer businesses that don't care about their customers and only want to make profit. The owner here was very kind. I had to have my computer screen replaced but I needed it by the end of the day, And I came 10 minutes before they closed. When I explained how urgently I needed it he stayed past closing time just so he could finish my computer and wouldn't charge me more even though I kept on asking him to. He charged me the normal price and explained to me what he did and showed me the old screen and asked me if I needed it before he threw it away. The whole time he greeted me with a smile on his face And made me feel welcome. I just found out about him from a friend, but now I'm staying at this location, I will never switch. I started coming to this business because my friend recommended them to me. When I first went there I, I talked to the owner, and was amazed by how kind he was to me. He answered all of my questions quickly and even diagnosed my computer for free! He told me that my 2017 dell latitude that was going so slow, just needed to have its startup services disabled which he did for me for free in less than 20 minutes. I was so suprised that I came back the next day with my friend and he brought his desktop in for a ram upgrade, and because I came and brought him he offered him a discount. This business has been a great help to me. I have been here numerous times as my kids have cracked my laptop screen at least 3 times. He is very reasonable and even gave me a discount as I was a regular customer for him. He replaced my iphone 8 plus screen as well very quickly in under 30mins as I was getting my tires replaced nearby. He is very kind too, and he explains to you the problem that was with your computer, and if there was a part needed he shows you the old part and explains what was wrong with it. I found him out of luck as I need tires replaced and he was nearby, but Now I will never stop going to him as he earned my respect and business. read more

As far as my experience with computer people goes, this one was the best! I would recommend (and have) to friends. First off, I needed my computer right away, and it was fixed in less than 24 hours... Secondly the price was not only reasonable, but affordable - unheard of in this day and age! Whenever I have a problem I come here, my most recent service was a few days ago when My computer had a blue screen and I. couldn't do any work on it, so I took it here and a few hours later the manager called me and told me my computer was ready! When I arrived he took time to explain to me what he did and what was the cause of the blue screen (corrupted hard drive) . Far as I can tell, Adel knows everything there is to know about computers and can solve ANY computer related problem. He repaired a Dell optiplex that " could find no boot devices" before my Uber ride showed up to take me back home! My laptop would not turn on. I took it in and they did a FREE diagnostic right away. Turns out I need a new hard drive(My Hard Drive was Corrupted :( ). They were honest and told me my machine is so old that it's not really worth the repair and advised that I could get another one for what the repair would cost.
