It's probably been said before but I'm going to personally say it again: "If you do a Google search of the words Customer Service, I bet the definition has a picture of Jay leading it off." I've never been involved with a business that takes this level of care and attention with its customers. Just recently, I was almost brought to tears when a power surge took out my computer two days before a huge video project was due. I quickly called Jay and in less than 24 hours he had me back up and running and I was able to meet my deadline. "Where else can you find this kind of service? - No Place!!" Jay is very personable and explains things to me so that I can easily understand what the trouble is and what the solution will be. I don't look forward to computer issues but I rest easier now that I know Jay is just a phone call away. Never in my life have I had an experience so exemplary that I felt the need to redownload Yelp just to tell people about it, but here we are. Last week, my PC of four years decided it was done turning on. Reluctantly, I took it to Best Buy, where they quoted me $100+ dollars so that they "might be able to tell me what's wrong". GeekzUp was different. Jay called me, was honest and upfront in his pricing, and even told me that what I requested probably wasn't worth the cost of his services. We figured it out, and he told me what was wrong within the day, for half the price of the "best name in computer repair" that Best Buy claims to be. We talked for an hour in the office, and it turns out my motherboard is fried. He even talked through our options for fix and replacement, and didn't charge me for his time. After being told by Geek Squad that they couldn't open my external drive at all and that all the information on my external hard drive was lost and inaccessible, my husband found Geekz Up. He was able to not only open the drive but recover all the files! He stored them to one drive and gave us access. Decided to cut the chord in 2020 and give Geekzup a try by purchasing their unlocked Amazon stick along with their IPTV streaming service and the service has been fantastic.
