The quality of the chicken was good, I ordered both the Original Hot and Fire Hot to compare. I'm not entirely sure that they didn't give me a no spice and an original hot on accident. They were both spicy, and one was slightly spicier than the other but neither was what I'm used to for Nashville Chicken. The spicier one was maybe a Hattie B's medium. My tastes at Hattie's is usually for their Hot or Damn Hot, I've learned to stay away from "Shut the cluck up". You get three spice options: * No spice * Original spice * Fire hot Take my advice and start with the original spice sandwich plate. It has the perfect kick without blowing out your taste buds. We also tried the fire hot, and while it was really good... it definitely lives up to the name. Let's just say my mouth knew it had made a bold decision. If you love serious heat, that one's for you. The sandwich itself was chef's kiss. The chicken was thick and juicy, layered perfectly with crunchy slaw, pickles, and a soft toasted bun that somehow managed to hold everything together without falling apart. Every bite just melted in your mouth. They also give you an order of seasoned fries and a side of their house sauce which is dangerously good and takes the sandwich to the next level. For the kids we ordered the no-spice tenders and no spice double sandwich plate, and they were a hit. The tenders plate came with slaw, pickles, toast, and fries. The only thing I'd probably ask next time is if they can skip seasoning the fries for little ones because the spice blend had a tiny kick for them but honestly everything else was cooked perfectly. And do not let the portions fool you. At first glance I thought, "Oh this might be a light meal." Nope. I was wrong and we still had some fries and tenders left over which we will reheat later. There's some outdoor seating and indoor tables right outside the ordering area, so it's easy to sit down and enjoy your food.
