They respond to inquiries within 10 minutes if not less. I've even had them get back to me on Federal holidays when I wasn't expecting a response until later that week. We use them for mulch every season, for multiple lawn cleanings at the home we used to live at on Prospect St Andover, leaf removal every season, and large landscaping projects at our prior and current residences. They always do a great job and work start to finish without delays. I honestly don't even get prices from anyone else at this point. Tim will ask me what I want and what my budget is and then tells me what he can accomplish in that price range. It always looks better than what I imagined. Can't recommend them enough! The pics attached are from our most recent project at a rental property we needed cleaned up. The place was surrounded by beautiful bushes but completely overgrown and we needed to make it simple. Couldn't see at first because the loam was dark, but after it was spread all over the lawn and started to dry out you could see lots of chards of glass and pieces of broken beer bottles. Also had lots of sticks and rocks. We have a swimming pool, we're frequently barefoot in the yard and it's a miracle that no one including the dogs, have cut their foot open. Crew of 2 showed up with a mechanical lift. They placed large mats on the grass as they drove to the tree location. This prevented any damage to the lawn. Dropped the tree right under the area where the tree had been leaning, just as planned. No damage.

We had a diseased 60 foot tall maple tree that needed to be removed, before the harsh weather ahead. We got three estimates. Ervin came in 33% below one of them and 14% below the other. He also offered another $300 savings option but we chose to have them do the complete job, through final cleanup. Ervin and his crew arrived on time and quickly and efficiently cut down the entire tree, mulched the smaller branches and chopped the larger, healthy ones into firewood. It was amazing to watch. The Tree Climber was particularly impressive as he skillfully maneuvered throughout the tree. The tree removal was completed in about 5 hours. Stump Grinding and final cleanup were completed within the next two days, as agreed. It was a pleasure to work with an honorable businessman who is true to his word. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
