He then asked me to remove the mention of a refund from my review because other people might try to take advantage, and to please take down the photos because it's hard to run a small business. Though he acknowledged "I know it's too much to ask," it's totally inappropriate. I told him that it's unethical and against Yelp's terms of service to ask a customer to remove factual information from a review, and that it's not my responsibility to manage his company's reputation or what other people might do based on an honest review. The previously neglected areas of our house was left sparkling. We've had our house cleaned around eight (8) different times (before CleaningDash cleaned our house today), and we have been unhappy every single time. We have a large house (for Chicago) and every cleaning company seems to have disclaimers about how to prep one's house ahead of the cleaning. CleaningDash did have similar disclaimers, but at the end of the cleaning the disclaimers did not matter. Our house is now cleaner than it has ever been. At one point in the past, we even paid for two (2) cleaners to double-team our house, and their work product was disappointing compared to CleaningDash. Our cleaning service worked tirelessly to make sure our house was as clean as possible. CleaningDash's cleaning service was so far beyond every other cleaning service we have hired in the past, I know we won't be able to go to another cleaning service after this exception experience- it would be a waste of our time, and a waste of our energy.
