Her associate, Agnes, showed up and worked really hard and already knew what I was looking for (Barbara had already communicated this). Agnes was hard worked relentless at making my place spic and span and making sure to hit on all the point of cleanliness that I requested. She went above and beyond definitely. I've been using LMS for almost 4 years now. Never had a complaint!! Barbara has always been very accomodating and flexible w.r.t. changes to the regular cleaning schedule. The last two years I've always been at work when the girl(s) would come and clean my place. I've always had a good trusting relationship with them. If I had any special requests I would just leave a note and it would be taken care of. Also never had to buy cleaning supplies, that was all taken care of! I hired the service for a deep clean. The owner was very friendly and professional but unfortunately the service did not reflect a deep clean. There was one cleaner who worked for 2.5 hours in my condo of 1200 square feet independent review, counters were left dusty and dirty and some areas were untouched. Had I been charged for a standard clean this would have still been even a subpar job. read more

I had to change the time because my flight was delayed, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. I really appreciate the fast response time. I called several companies and felt like they were the most flexible in terms of scheduling and also very competitive with their rates. Allison Z., I wished I took your advice about Luxury Maid Service and their "deep clean" service. When I called Barbara (the owner), she was very pleasant over the phone and we discussed the the types of cleaning services they offer. We had just completed a bathroom remodel and the rental apartment needed to be cleaned. She stated that a deep clean was needed. We scheduled the cleaning for today (03/21/2019) and there was only one person who work on the small 725 sq ft. apartment for only 2 hours. The hardwood floors and baseboards looked like she only used a Swiffer with no liquid wood cleaner. I applied Rejuvenate on a paper towel and removed way to much dust/dirt from the floor. Barbara tried to explain it away with an answer that just did not assume any responsibility. She said she would talk to the employer and would the areas that needed to be redone. There was still dust balls on some parts of the bedroom floor and the furnace/hot-water heater room was not even touched. The 2 hours "deep cleaning" did not even live up to a normal standard cleaning. We settled on a price which was much more that the work reflected. Shame on Barbara. I only wanted an apartment cleaning that I originally agreed to. I feel really bad about having to submit such a bad review, but Not Sorry. read more
