I started doing virtual Pilates with Natalie J Pilates during the COVID shutdown. Now that studios have reopened, I have continue doing virtual Pilates because she is so good. I purchased a small reformer at home that cost me about $400, and love the ease of being able to work with my favorite Pilates instructors at home. Natalie is so attentive to my form. My pain levels have decreased significantly and I get the benefits of a full body workout without putting extra strain on my spine. I have never had a Pilates instructor who made it so easy for me to understand what I am supposed to be doing, or the benefit of the move that I am doing. 10/10 recommend Natalie! read more

I had never tried Pilates before. But was interested in checking it out. I knew going to a class would be hard since I didn't know much about the equipment. So I took a private class from Natalie. So..safe to say I'm obsessed with pilates. I've done my fair share of classes and I've loved every minute of it. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better I met Natalie and had a one on one after I had my baby. It's insane how someone you just met could understand my body better than me!
