Ashley was my stylist and she did an excellent job cutting my hair, for a very fair price. I was very happy with the haircut she gave me! I was concerned it would be another one of those rush job franchise haircuts..places like SuperCuts, or SportsClips where they demand their stylists get you in and out in 10 minutes. I'm so glad I did -- for the first time in years, my extensions are still secure, comfortable, and not pulling at all! Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here. I was shocked and to be honest, I was so over the consultation that I awkwardly laughed and promised him I'd be back. He could honestly care less.
