Visited 2 March 2026. We stopped in looking for a few items. We were immediately greeted with a pleasant scent as soon as we walked in the door. Also pleasant was the employee working, assumingly Natalya? Anyway, she created a very friendly environment and helped with all 13 of our questions (a bit of an exaggeration, but we did have a lot of questions asking where several items were located). Each time she was happy to help without making us feel like we were bothering her. Thank you! The store looks a bit small in comparison to other beauty stores I have been in recently, but it was well stocked and had everything we needed and the prices were all reasonable. I would emphatically recommend visiting and will definitely be back if I need anything else. read more

However as I'm checking out the owner is watching and listening to the camera to make sure we didn't steal anything RUDE! Bc why am i hearing myself on your phone as u replay the camera i would of respected it more if u asked were we stealing?! Great service from Isis on the front end -- she was kind, attentive and thoughtful. On the backend, Natalya changed her story about what she told me when I did not receive the blonde wig I had ordered but got a dark wig instead. Once I heard her response I knew it was a battle I couldn't win, so I said, "in the future, it would be nice to be given the option to choose if what I want is not available..." and she started talking over me, like we're on Real Housewives of Atlanta!! I think she forgot I cheerfully spent over $100 and tipped her granddaughter for the great service on the first visit. So even though I was originally willing to drive 25 miles to support this black-owned business, sadly, I will never go back. The one thing I will not put up with is being disrespected. I believe I earned the courtesy of being listened to. Aaaand, I just checked the box the wig came in and it does come in the color I requested, so I'm not going to say Natalya lied, I'm gonna say the box lied. SMH read more

I'm here practically every weekend. Natalya's has so much great stuff for hair (natural, relaxed, colored!) that I just enjoy browsing and planning my purchases for my next trip. The selection is fantastic! From well known brands to local products made w/all natural ingredients. I go here to purchase my hair color, satin bonnets, rollers, conditioners, bleach & developer, protein packs and I can't wait to try some of the organic oils I saw today! Natayla is very engaging and loves to take care of her customers. I never feel rushed, watched, nor neglected. She now has two ladies in the shop who do styling (no washing) with heat, braids, extensions, and/or weaves. That'll probably be my next stop! read more

Poor customer service. A woman at the counter rudely told my 10 year old daughter "don't touch that!" when my little girl attempted to get a closer look at a hair piece in the store. That was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. There is no product I want bad enough to let someone be that disrespectful. read more

I've driven out of my way from Decatur to support this black owned company on 3-4 occasions in the past few months. They have a decent selection and decent service most days. Today I recommended the store to my husband, who was looking for some new clippers. We called ahead and verified they had what we needed. Today we arrived and I needed to pee badly. I happen to also be 39 weeks pregnant. I've been in the store before and was told by the owner I could have used the restroom there instead of walking down to Publix. With this previous experience, I assumed the same courtesy would apply and I went straight into the beauty supply instead of Publix. I asked the store attendant about using the restroom, and was informed they didn't have a public restroom. I was surprised by the difference in response as I am obviously much more pregnant now than on my last visit. Thank you for being inconsiderate, I will keep my money closer to home. read more

I love this place. She carries lots of different brands of Remy hair such as Indi Remi, Goddess, Velvet, and Saga and the prices are extremely reasonable. She usually runs a Monday special where you get the hair for 20% off most months. They carry all kids of wigs from human, lace front, synthetic, ponytails, etc. I have been coming here since she opened and I have always received friendly service and helpful advice. The owner or her daughter work there and they will help you with any hair crisis, skin trouble or general info you need. They are the only black owned business of its kind in this area and I feel like a valued customer when I shop here. read more

Last week I visited Natalya's to find a solution for my daughters hair breakage. Though I take the advice of any of the workers there, I love it when Natalya is there. She takes the time to help you and explains how she feels about treating the problem. Extremely rude, nasty, unprofessional and condescending!!! I like patronizing places that make me feel like me and my children are welcome and unfortunately, this is not a good match. Unfortunately the owner's customer service values have significantly declined. I brought my daughters to this establishment, and for the second time, the owner was incredibly rude and nasty and unprofessional towards them and me. Persistently harassing my children about moving items around. Who does that? They were not breaking anything and I would have straightened up anything terribly out of place. Children like to browse too. Is that not allowed? She did not extend a warm greeting to any of us, and barely stopped to answer our question. And when I brought her rude behavior to her attention, she got even nastier and became condescending. It is all in how you say it and her overall disposition seems to be that she does not want to be bothered with customers particularly small ones. I would rather shop elsewhere. read more

I can't stand this place. Natalya was a friendly person in the beginning but I think that "owning a business" got to her head. She talks to customers as if they are retarded and can't follow instructions. Each time you go and ask for something, "I don't have that". SERIOUSLY? Her store is a fairly decent size, but definitely for no reason. She doesn't carry any of the sought-after hair products. If she does, then it's just ONE item out of the ENTIRE line of products....and most likely it's just the shampoo. We, as consumers, sometimes like to browse and try new things based on other people's suggestions. Natalya's Beauty Supply does not have anything that would make you want to spend money to experiment. Her shelves are stocked with a few items here and there like hair relaxers, hair grease, ribbons, etc.. OMG, who uses these things nowadays? Need a selection of flat irons or hairdryers to choose from? KEEP MOVING. Need a good selection of wigs to choose from? DRIVE AWAY. If you need a bunch of ugly, cheap $1.00 jewelry, YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE. I find more than what I need at Walmart, Target, and that huge beauty supply store by Stonecrest Mall - Chapel Beauty.
