This woman is something truly special. She has the most calming, intuitive, healing presence and sometimes her voice even just calms me down! She is so amazing at tying things together for me, and bringing me right to true self. What I love about her most is her approach. I seek therapy so that I can have someone mirror back to me what I'm feeling, but then guide me in a relational, non-judgmental. She doesn't have that archaic therapeutic approach (which I find so outdated), she is relatable and makes me feel like I can open up to her about anything. She is the first therapist I've ever seen and I was quite nervous about going to someone and spilling all of my deep darkness, but she instantly made me feel totally comfortable.
