But, the front office staff was really unprofessional and some older lady who worked up front said really loudly when I walked in, "Oh she must be here for workers comp! (Grunted) Tell her we don't do that here (which they do)." I felt that was somewhat inappropriate and discriminatory. They also were very confused and didn't have any appointments on record. There was one nice younger lady that tried to help me somewhat. And even though she lacked professionalism also, at least she tried to see if there was an appointment. All in all, I told them never mind and I'll ask for a different referral.l elsewhere. This review is not about the service because I never got to have it, but there needs to be training on professionalism for the front office staff. Especially for folks who are coming in with pain. Please do better.

The doctors and assistants are wonderful. I am thankful to them, for their attention to the care that I needed, plus I'm appreciative of their knowledge. The doctors took their time with me to ask questions and asked what my concerns were about my health issues. She has always been extremely helpful and a joy to talk to. She is an asset to his practice and a bonus for the patients! I became aware of Dr. Mike thru my fiance. We are both Ironworkers and no strangers to aches, pains, and strains. I've been to other chiros who have froze up when the couldn't adjust me from left to right, but just leaving his office right now I am in constant awe how knowledgeable he is of the body. Even when I don't adjust the 1st time, he will on the spot know it's cause I need to relax a certain part and bam! He can get the kink out! I always feel so much better after a visit and do not come in as often as I should, but I know where to go when my body needs to be realigned. I am grateful for Dr. Mike and his professional, effective service delivered with full attention and in the most caring way. He answered all my questions and took so much time with me. No nausea at all. I love my Dr Chen. I was treated with courtesy and was prepared as best I could be. Loved loved loved this center so much I'm going back next week for cataract surgery!!!!!! My experience was wonderful and I'm grateful for everyone there. It was crowded and my wait wasn't long. Dr Lugo explained my MRI results in a way that helped me truly understand, even demonstrating the source of the pain using a model skeleton/spine. Dr Lugo is very knowledgeable and takes his time to ensure I understand my condition and the treatment options available. He suggested an ablation procedure in my case, which we completed over 2 outpatient procedures in his office. It has been about a year since that procedure and I'm so happy with the results. Like a heavy weight I've been carrying around has been lifted. Everyone from the front desk to the exam room is warm and welcoming. I cannot recommend this office enough!

This place is a dump and dirty. You see it from the moment you pull in and park in the dirty…read moreparking lot in the back. Then you see a neglected building needing repair and paint. Finally, you walk, or limp, inside and are greeted with unfinished boards laying on the ground behind the seats, to a cheesy plastic undecorated Christmas tree (in June!). Their exam tables are janky in need of repair and reupholstery. The staff is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. During "procedure day," Dr. Mehta runs a production line, yelling and screaming at the staff to hurry up so he can make a buck. The male nurse spends more time flirting with the staff than tending to the patients. I've been here several times because I have no choice. Never again! However, Dr. Kuo is great, knowledgeable, kind, and caring.
