I am so excited with the 13 pictures given to us already imagine the rest!! First I want to start with the planning coordinating. We met with a lady that helped us choose our plan and which photographer we would like to have for our wedding day. Once that was taken care of we put down our down payment and went on to planning from then on. The dates for the payments were flexible and the coordination was simple and perfect. I also loved how we could do everything online and how the communication during the planning was so easy. Wedding weekend gets here and we get phone calls from our photographer, Veraya and videographer, Rudy. They were so helpful and nice about everything I was asking. Wedding day gets here and I could not be more pleased with the amazing job Veraya, Janna, and Rudy did. Never did. I have a problem with their personalities or them in general. I just wanted to start off with that. My problem with this company was the lack of communication on the day of, the lack of listening to directions on the day of, and the lack of getting any good photos of us with our guests and families. This company will ask you to make a shot list for them and even gives you the suggestion to write down everybody's names so the photographer can call them out and the photos will go quicker. I have a huge family. I have 13 cousins on just my mom side let alone my dad side, and my husband's two sides of his family, so I spent hours of my life during the most stressful time of my life writing down each and every individual person's name that I wanted in each and every individual photo I even went as far as to put them in the dang order. I wanted the photos to be taken, and I was extremely disappointed! Not one photo of me with my parents not one photo of me or the groom with either of our parents for that matter or grandparents, my mom had to run down our photographer to get a photo of us together, and the other photographer is in the background, and they didn't even edit him out! Bare minimum you could've edited out for not doing your job on the day of! I got zero photos on my shot list taken and then to top it all off. The photos weren't even edited the way I had picked out during our several meetings about it! it's so sad. This company was recommended to us by a family friend and now me and my whole family are upset because none of us have photos with each other at our wedding. So if you want good photos of the party, but not any photos on your shot list go for it! Our reception photos were amazing. The vibe was immaculate. Everything else sucked. The video also sucked. My vowels were in it, only half of my husband's vows were in it, and barely any of the cute moments from the day. It was the most boring wedding video I've ever seen in my life. I really wish I could just get my money back or at least a partial refund because it was not worth the thousand thousands of dollars spent on terrible photos.
