When I emailed her for pricing information I was given back this package : 350$ 4 hours of shooting time, 25 fully edited online image gallery, 10 images on a cd along with 25 birth announcements. During the shoot, I repeatedly asked Juilette if she captured good shots , asked if we needed to take more. She insisted we had several good shots. Once she emailed my password to view the proofs, my husband & I could not believe the results before us. The shots were over photoshopped to where my newborn didn't even look like herself, her face was blurred out in some & worse she looked lost amongst the "props". I immediately emailed Juliette back & she admitted to these faults and agreed that she wasn't happy & she would re shoot. Once we arrived at the re shoot we were given attitude & she refused to do certain poses that I wanted. She also rushed us under an hour for this re-do. She emailed that night with the re shoot and they were AWFUL. I then so upset took a couple days to email her with my feelings, once I did this is when the real nightmare started. She avoided my phone calls , then had her husband call me & harass me, laugh at me and refuse to make right on this matter. He would not listen to me , he expressed that it was "too bad". He also tried to belittle my husbands career as Firefighter (I have no idea why that even came up), he tried to argue with me , spoke over me and was completely unprofessional. I now can never get that time back to redo a newborn shoot with a different photographer. I hope that I can warn as many people as I can to avoid this heart breaking experience. I also hope that Julietee learns from this experience and makes her customers satisfaction first so her business can thrive. I have not hacked into any account nor would I. I simply added this business that was not yet added on here, which you are allowed to do on this site. I never posed this as my business or altered anything nor would I ever!!! We had the distinct pleasure of working with Matt for variety of wedding-related events this summer. When we first met with him over coffee, his passion for his work, his commitment to each couple he photographs, and his talent were evident, as was his expertise in PVD/RI photography- the ideas he had were abundant and we left our first meeting feeling like we'd known him for years. When we shared with him that we were planning a non-traditional wedding with an elopement and a reception in Providence later that summer, he was immediately on board. He went above and beyond in capturing our engagement photos, our reception photos, and even traveled to Greece where he captured the most gorgeous photos of our elopement. Matt exceeded all of our (admittedly high) expectations and did so with such an ease, kindness, professionalism, and joy. He was FUN to be around. We became fast friends with him, as did everyone at our wedding, and will value this relationship for a very long time- we feel so privileged to have met him (and his lovely wife). He is the kind of photographer who will capture an intimate 2-person elopement with the same panache as a 90 person dance party and I have no doubt he would bring the same skill to a 300 person bash or a family photo shoot. He shoots with film, digital, and even some fun tricks (e.g. he used a Super-8 in Greece) and delivers a full photo gallery in a timely fashion. He was accommodating to the fact that we are from out of town and scheduled a session while we were in town on Thanksgiving weekend. Although it was raining that day, Matt had thought of indoor and covered spaces that were urban and creative and the pictures came out great. His personality and creativity with a tough situation gave us the confidence that we needed for our wedding day photos. On the wedding day, Matt was with us the entire day, from getting ready at the salon/hotel to the end of the reception. All day, Matt was present to keep us calm when needed and invisible when we needed privacy for more intimate moments. He helped us come up with ideas for a gorgeous first look and was even willing to walk around the venue with us the week before the wedding to make sure that we weren't wasting time on the wedding day trying to find the best picture spots. At the end of the night, many guests mentioned how fun our photographer was. Matt sent us our wedding pictures in a very timely fashion (less than 2 weeks after the wedding!). They were absolutely perfect, an array of everything we asked for (some formal, some artsy first look pictures, formal pictures with our immediate families, beautiful ceremony pictures and lots of candids of our guests). The pictures were professional, yet personal and we couldn't have asked for him to do anything differently or better.

She was extremely communicative in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and worked with us to ensure that our pre-wedding planning was going well and that we had arranged the shots that we wanted to take. Leading up to the wedding itself, we had follow up meetings to ensure that all of our questions were being answered thoroughly, and when we had some last minute tweaks that had to take place, she was ready and able to make the fixes needed. The wedding itself was a gorgeous day, and her second shooter was ready to tackle the work needed to photograph our wedding. They stayed out of each other's way, and made sure that they weren't taking overlapping pictures. Together, we got an amazing snapshot of a memory that will last forever. Adam brought the ball of positivity and kept it rolling ALL. DAY. LONG. He showed up with matching…read morecolors to our wedding with a big smile on his face and a can-do attitude! My bridesmaids and I were all running late due to a mishap with our makeup artists, but no problem- Adam still made the most of it and took as many cute & fun "getting ready" photos of us before the ceremony! Then after the ceremony he made sure to go down a whole list that he had collaborated on with us and took pictures of every single family member and bridal combinations he could. He had us laughing and smiling the whole time! And he even helped my dad by being SO incredibly gracious and letting him take a few snaps of all of us with his special camera, too! My dad was so happy and impressed with Adam, and it warmed my heart to see how well he jived with us and the whole family. He worked amazingly well and so efficiently for all of the time limitations we had as we had a strict timeline. During the reception he made sure to come around and snap pics of all of us having a good time, dancing, including selfies for fun! Adam is easy to work with, really upbeat, excited about his work, easy to contact, fast, creative and fun! He captured everything I requested and then some. All of the ladies in the wedding party loved him and felt totally comfortable. Adam helps provide guidance you when you need it, handled my 452 questions I emailed to him like the pro that he is and he asks for input along the way to make sure he is providing the services you had in mind for your day. My favorite thing about his photography is that he really makes the colors pop. Our wedding was a St. Patty's themed event and the colors were green, white and gold. When flipping through the pix from our day you can really appreciate the color scheme which was so important to us. Also, we decided against hiring a videographer but, if you flip the the pix, I realized that it didn't matter anyway! Adam managed to get pictures from every angle. We've done multiple shoots with her and every time she makes it fun and always is extremely kind, and she has this way of just making you feel calm in front of the camera. We recently did a pregnancy reveal shoot with her at the beach and it came out incredible. We had our very energetic golden retriever with us and Alicia really was so patient when he constantly was trying to run in the water. Then we ended up doing another at the end of my pregnancy and I'm so glad we did. Not to mention she is the sweetest person EVER. She made me feel incredibly at ease when I did not feel my best (39w pregnant lol).
