They are supremely professional, love what they do, will even teach you about their business and tell you everything you need to know about living here. We only had one problem which we felt they should have warned us about, but after speaking to the county assessor, we found out they would not have known or could even have suspected. I explained that im handicapped due to an accident to Eric but he made it obvious he does not care. Im told that "bart" is the office "boss" but he has no last name, email, or phone number. The woman who worked on 3/29 convinced me to upgrade but no one was willing to find out her name (Faith) or even go look at who was scheduled that day. Everything is "i don't know" with the attitude of "i don't care". I wont even go to the gym for my physical therapy anymore because its so uncomfortable.
