He gave me the choice of waiting for Monday to do the repairs, or pay the additional emergency charge and have them come out right away. I opted for the right away and was glad I did. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. He ended up quoting me over $13K for a panel replacement (not even an upgrade- $15K for upgrade)!!! Insane. Then he was being extremely pushy and pressuring me that my issue was urgent and I needed to decide that day or my house would burn down (spoiler alert- it didn't). I had 3 other electricians quote for the same work in the $4-6K range which included the panel upgrade so we ended up getting it done by someone else for less than 1/3 of their quoted price.
