I have known Nathaniel Siegel since 2007 / 9 years. He has been hired by the Solano Avenue Association and Stroll for [annual] performances at the Solano Avenue Stroll street festival - in Albany and Berkeley, California. We've run into Magical Nathaniel a few times at the Kensington farmer's market and my little daughter is crazy about him. After the first time she spent weeks referring to everything as her "tricks." Magical Nathaniel is awesome. He performed at three of my libraries, two of them on the same day. He was very prompt with his communication before the program, he had some really cool tricks up his sleeve, and I'm still very impressed with his rubix cube trick (even though he said it wasn't magic, it was more scientific, but still very cool!). We hired Magical Nathaniel for our daughter's 8th birthday. We'd seen him perform before at the El Cerrito Fourth of July festival and I knew he was a very talented performer, but I wasn't sure how it would go with a small group of 8 year old girls in our living room. He was fantastic! Some of the kids were very skeptical and determined not to be tricked, but he really did a great job keeping things fun and entertaining. In the end, he'd won them all over, even the most skeptical. His act is fun to watch partially because he's incredibly good at magic, and is a talented performer, but mostly because he's having so much fun. He was very organized with booking the date, logistics, and setup. We also had him do a short magic workshop after the show which was also a big hit with the kids. Nathaniel was recently hired for our alternative Happy Hour entertainment at a local retirement community for a Friday when we hosted a Carnival.
