After reading positive reviews for this magician I was really looking forward to hiring him but was very disappointed and dissatisfied with his lack of communication and professionalism. I confirmed the party date and time with someone on Monday and then immediately got an email that they hadn't heard from me in days which wasn't the case or acceptable. They told me my party was moved to the waiting list cause I hadn't responded but I had. When I tried to clear up the confusion nobody tried to fix the situation or book the event.
