    Charcuterie

Finding a great winery in the middle of NortheestArkansas was not expected, but very welcome. The term winery may throw you off a bit. They do not grow their grapes on site. In fact, they grow them in California where the wine is also made. Nonetheless, the Langman family grows and manufacturers the wine in California, but distributes it from Arkansas. The wine is excellent. The Cab Franc may have been my favorite, but there are many excellent choices. When you walk in, you find yourself in a well appointed tasting room. Unlike many wineries, I visit, they will give you three samples for free. This is to attempt to to buy an entire glass or a bottle. It's a good strategy. We sampled several and then moved into the more spacious space with seat seats from our groups. They have a very simple menu with something for everyone. I was with a decent sized group so we split a number of items, including a charcuterie board, hummus, and then individual cups of soup. The staff was helpful in selecting wines and very efficient with food and beverages. This is an excellent place to spend an afternoon or evening with friends, Emma or a simple place to stop by by yourself with a book to enjoy a glass of wine. A real hidden gem.

    Reuben Sandwich- Excellent

My husband and I visited Langman's for the first time today. For starters, we ordered the charcuterie board that was well received. Both the Reuben and French Dip sandwiches were to die for and Jake, our server was terrific. On the down side, I purchased a $97.00 of wine that was handed to me wrapped in a plastic grocery bag. To be honest, it kind of cheapened the experience.

    Lobster bisque

We enjoyed our wine tasting/selection before sitting down to a very tasty meal at Langman Winery. We were visiting Centerton for a soccer match and had allowed for an hour to eat prior. The staff at the tasting and dining were engaged and excellent, we highly recommend a visit if you're in the area or even if you're just passing through. Not far off the highway and it is a treat.

Too pricey, $13 for a small glass of wine. The food was just OK. Not much of a draft beer selection and it's pricey also.

Grazing board was fantastic, and the hummus was good but needed a little salt.....still great.

The store was extremely clean, well organized, and inviting, which immediately made browsing enjoyable. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed and positive atmosphere that made us want to take our time and explore every aisle. This place is absolutely amazing and, in our opinion, beats BevMo by 110 percent. The selection is impressive, and the layout makes it easy to find what you are looking for while also discovering new things you did not even know you needed. I loved how this store truly has everything you could possibly think of when it comes to wine and entertaining. From a great variety of wines to adorable wine stoppers, stylish coasters, and beautifully designed wine bags, there were so many unique and thoughtful items that would make perfect gifts or additions to your own home. The customer service really stood out and took the experience to another level. A special thank you to Elena, who took the time to help us find the perfect wine. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind, and I truly appreciated the attention and care she gave us. The cashier was also incredibly nice and friendly, which made checking out just as pleasant as the rest of the visit. Another great surprise was the variety of snacks available. It was nice to see so many options that pair well with wine, making this a true one stop shop. Overall, this store exceeded our expectations in every way. I honestly wish we had a store like this in California. The next time we are in the area, we will definitely be stopping by again. This is a must visit spot for wine lovers and anyone looking for great service and a fantastic shopping experience.

I had seen a few of them on our recent travels through The Natural State. It was early in the morning, but they were open. Lol. Right away I noticed a few things... being warmly greeted. Clean store. The prices were low. I grabbed a bottle of Post Moscato ($10.28) made in Altus for my mom. For my brothers, I let them choose between Wild Parallel (straight bourbon whiskey finished in toasted oak barrels $39.28) and Fox Trail (Arkansas straight bourbon whiskey $45.72). I had one of the very friendly employees guide me to the best, most locally-owned and made at reasonable prices. Appreciated! My brothers drank every last drop before I had a chance to crash their pads too. Jerks. Oh, but they both said they were both "pretty damn good." I would be a frequent visitor if my hometown had this store. TIP There was quite a bit of Razorback gifts like shot glasses, glasses, koozies, and bottle openers towards the back.

I wish I could enumerate the amazing dishes we tried but I didn't take notes. Everything we ate was delicious. Unfortunately, while the service and ambiance were very good, the food and portion sizes left us disappointed. There were four of us, and we each had an alcoholic drink, all of which were good. We started with two appetizers: the guacamole and the burrata. The guacamole was tasty, but the portion was surprisingly small. The burrata dish was very salty--not just from the prosciutto that was part of the dish, but overall. We were celebrating a couple of birthdays, and the restaurant kindly brought us two complimentary appetizers, charred carrots and a gem lettuce salad. We appreciated the gesture, and both were tasty. Unfortunately, the charred carrots were also quite salty. All four of our entrees tasted good, but the portion sizes ranged from small to extremely small. My blackened salmon was approximately 1¼ inches wide and 3 1/2 inches long. I initially thought part of my entree had been left off the plate but I eventually found the quinoa underneath the salmon--but there was literally less than a tablespoon of it. The other three entrees had somewhat better portions, but all three were also noticeably oversalted. My wife, who adds salt to just about everything, even commented that her dish was too salty, which says something. Our bill was approximately $300 for the four of us before tax and tip. At that price point, I expect significantly better execution, more reasonable portions, and better value. Overall, the service was good, the atmosphere was attractive, and we appreciated the complimentary birthday appetizers. Unfortunately, the food was simply too salty and the portions were far too small for the price. I had been looking forward to this restaurant, but based on this experience, I left mostly disappointed and would not recommend it.
