Their guys ran wiring to a switch in two bedrooms and installed and a ceiling fan and light fixture during the first job a couple of years ago. Most recently, we hired them to replace two ceiling fans, 3 outdoor lights, 1 outlet, and hook up a transfer switch for our backup generator. Everything was completely quickly and efficiently and the electricians were friendly and professional! Pat is the owner and is very nice to talk to on the phone, as is Kathy, the office manager! Calls and emails are returned promptly and pricing is very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. I met with a handful of electricians and I really liked Jason. He brought ideas to the table that I…read morehadn't thought of. We spent over $18k on our electrical job with Jason. Jason had a great idea to install remote control pad switches for our three bedrooms to operate lights and fans with one control unit. In the end he couldn't get it to operate correctly. Everytime you turn the power on one bedroom, another bedrooms light goes on. When you go to turn off that second one, the third one goes on. I cannot have all three fans on without one light, so one of the bedrooms cannot use the fan at night if we want it to be dark. Jason tried a couple of times to rectify this but in the end he did not fix it and had become unresponsive. With multiple attempts by my husband and I - We left phone and text messages here and there since December and it's now August. We tried to be patient and wait for him but he obviously doesn't want to come back and fix it. Pretty poor customer service for someone that spent over $18,000 on one job.
