They came out and pumped the system, informed me that i needed a new UV bulb, but that an additional service call was required to figure out if the ballast was still functioning. THE SERVICE CALL WAS $175, AND ALL HE DID WAS PUT HIS HAND ON THE BALLAST AND SAID "UH YUP ITS GOOD". He then informed me the UV bulbs were hard to come by and he didn't know how long it would be to get one. I waited and waited and waited, over a month goes by, then when i was outside one day i noticed a number on the side of my system so i called. I was able to order a new bulb with an entire wiring harness, it was delivered in less than 24 hours. All this after waiting 6 weeks with no word. Of course, just like other reviews i've read about this company he happily took my money, i mean why not right? i feel they excel at screwing the customer without any regard to service quality, i also feel they lack any sense of professionalism. Not a fan of the "big name" no heart companies out there. The first time was to snake a bathroom drain. Not very exciting but they did a great job and cleaned up after. I called just after my basement flooded with over 12" of water and the woman who I spoke with (Donna) could not have been more wonderful. Not only could they install a new toilet (to replace my ancient one) they brought one to me to save me the hassle of figuring out how I was going to get it to my house in my small car. To add to my amazing experience I found out the day before they were to come out, the city was doing work on the water lines and was going to shut off the water. Donna worked her magic and squeezed me in that day! Dan was professional & courteous and did a great job!! I will NEVER call anyone else for any plumbing needs.
