It's a shame that my kids and I have been going here for years and now that we switched insurance Natick dental partners does not take our delta dental plan, yet they failed to tell us that! I showed them my card, they took a pic and I got a big bill 2 days later in the mail! Just called them to ask for a discount on the bill (not asking for a freebie), and the billing dept. Said "I'm sorry that we cannot help you." Shame on them for not helping out a local family. And, beware of all the upgrades they try to talk you into....such as the fluoride (BS) coating that kids "must have." read more

not recommended if your a new mom trying to get your life together. They sent me to collections after trying to work with my prior dentist to get records, sent me to collections and dismissed me as a patient. I just don't understand why people now a days have no sympathy for hard times and mental issues. When you are post partum you don't try to forget, my daughter got into the mail ripped it up and they just don't care. Truthfully so sad about their lack of consideration and unwellness to actually keep patience. No messages were left to me and they just literally let me fall out of their practice. Make sure you are never going to make mistakes because they won't have ANY grace with you. You are just a number here, not a valued cared about customer. If I could give 0 stars i would. read more

I switched to this practice about 2 years ago and am so glad I did! I seen Dr. Minehart who is kind and helpful and it's always a great experience seeing him for my regular cleanings. I recently had an accident and needed emergency care-- I got a call back on the weekend from Dr. Cooper who helped me with care instructions and Sahar made me an appointment for the next morning with Dr. Nagel. During my appointment they helped me get in that day at another practice for a root canal since I was in too much pain to wait the couple of days to see their in practice person. Everyone was so incredibly kind during such a painful and stressful situation, going above and beyond to help me and fix my broken teeth. Not only was the work done well, but it was done quickly and with so much care and kindness. Everyone there is incredible, including the office staff, hygienists and dentists. Thank you to Dr. Cooper for the incredible care over the last couple of months. Unexpected dental issues have come up- in December Dr. Cooper went out of her way to make sure I was able to get a prescription late in the evening after a pharmacy messed up multiple times. Most recently, I broke a tooth on Thursday night. Thankfully Dr. Cooper had an opening at 9am Friday. When she examined my situation and saw the severity she was able to make adjustments to her schedule working with her hygienist to get me a temporary crown (and still getting her other patients cared for). I have been going to this dentist since I was young, moving from the pediatric practice to the adult practice. They have been so warm, kind, and professional since the day I started coming here I will never look back! The office staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help you. The hygienists are wonderful and always seem to really care about the questions they're asking, not just asking them to take up space. They do a wonderful job and are not too rough. My teeth always feel wonderful afterwards but I never am in any pain, something that can't be said about every dentist! They are flexible and always listen to my wishes while also advocating for their professional opinion, a great balance in my opinion. The dentists themselves are also wonderful. We recently took our daughter here for her very first dentist visit, based on the recommendation of a friend, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. I have been going to this practice for over 14 years and have received nothing short of the highest quality care. I grew up with all of the doctors and hygienists in the pediatric dentistry section of the practice, and they have always been very thoughtful, attentive, and efficient with their work. Everyone working there is clearly invested not only in their career, but mostly importantly in the patients. I have had issues with my teeth since I was 6 (everything from crooked to a broken teeth), and I could not be happier now with my smile. All of the doctors are knowledgeable and very good at explaining each situation while laying out all of the options and suggesting what they think is best for the patient. This practice is a big reason why I actually enjoy going to the dentist. It feels like a tight knit community where people recognize me and are genuinely interested in how I am doing. I moved to adult dentistry downstairs about 4 years ago, and the same standards were in place. I have received care from Dr. LeClair and Dr. Minehart, and both are fantastic dentists. They are very patient and willing to work with every patient to find the best possible solution for each individual. I had to get a crown on a front tooth (very important aesthetically) a few years ago, and I could not be happier with the outcome. Dr. LeClair did an incredible job. Whenever I mention to a friend that it's a crown, they're amazed at how real it looks! I highly recommend this practice to everyone, and it is especially great for families. One of the best aspects is that the practice encompasses pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, adult general dentistry, and endodontics all in the same place. I have been going to Natick Dental Partners pretty much my whole life. Except before they had added adult dentistry, I turned 21 and had to find a dentist elsewhere. Lo and behold, a year later I received a letter about the added adult dentistry with evening hours, I went back to the practice (and still going!) even after I have moved out of Natick. What I like the most about NDP is the convenience evening hours on week nights. All of their staff, from receptionist to dental hygienists are friendly and welcoming. I never had any anxiety about going to the dentists as a kid but as I grew older, I sometimes get a bit tense. The hygienists really make you at ease by chatting with you and get your mind off of what is really going on. I have been seeing Dr. LeClair for a few years now. She is professional and knowledgeable, and took care of my teeth so I look (and feel) better in my wedding photos. I have never had a bad experience at NDP and would recommend it to friends and family in the area. read more

Our whole family use to goo to this office . My kids love the dentist there and so do my husband and I. But the billing they are doing drive us crazy. Every time after a service we clear the balance but after few months we received billing letter again. I need to call the office and insurance and straight things out. Believe or not I am still receive billing from 2018 after I talk to many people from the office and the insurance ( they all tell me everything is fine) . After almost 2 years the billing just came to my house again , when I called back they just Said you did not talk to me. I went to Natick Dental Partners for a routine check up. I had been having sensitivity in one of my back teeth. Upon looking at it, they quickly realized that there was an issue and I would have to get a root canal and crown put in. With my schedule, it was a challenge to find time that would work; however, they were amazing about finding time to squeeze me in so that I wouldn't have any more pain. They went above and beyond to schedule me as soon as possible. Throughout the whole process, everyone was extremely kind and considerate. I was not very excited about having a root canal or a crown; however, they reassured me and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. We took two of our children there for a new patient check up. They are basically a factory with a very high volume. Remember they had never seen my kids. They didn't do any xrays. My daughter had a spot on her tooth they said was "fine" and they indicated the kids had no cavities. About two months later we ended up having to take her into another dentist for a second opinion. It turned out she had 6 cavities and needed a baby root canal. When I called Kane, Tesini and Soporowski to talk to the dentist they basically stonewalled me, told me they "didn't want to over radiate kids", and threatened to take me to small claims court for my $172 co-insurance. This despite the fact that I am out $2000 for the repairs they missed. Take your kids to a dentist who cares. read more

My daughter has been going to Natick Dental for 16 years, but we have left to go another practice (with Dr. Ling, who is fantastic) because of a very poor interaction with a staff member. This was always a great practice for my kids when they were growing up, but now it seems to be just about the money, rules, and pleasing the business rather than the patient. This is a fabulous practice of talented and patient dentists, hygienists and professional/courteous office staff. Our children have been treated at Natick Dental Partners since they were toddlers - from hygiene visits through Orthodontics and currently are followed by their Adult dental services where they now make their own routine appointments for check ups. This relationship has lasted over 21 years and I can't imagine using another practice. I'll never forget how patient and kind they were with my toddler who wouldn't open his mouth during his initial exam. The staff patiently waited him out while he observed his sibling in the adjacent chair until he felt ready to proceed. Later, as adolescents, we very much appreciated Natick Dental Partners' approach to pricing for Orthodontics. One of our children had a very complicated, lengthy treatment plan that has followed her into adulthood. Everything was clearly explained, appointments were easily booked and we have been pleased with the results and care they have received. I have been taking my oldest son here for the last three years and just started taking my toddler here as well. We could not be happier with their approach to getting kids comfortable in the office. My oldest had been to another practice that had me restrain him when he had just turned two so they could complete the cleaning. He was terrified after that. A friend referred NDP and we tried them out. Our first visit there was a "lap visit" where my son stayed in my lap the whole time and the dentist "counted his teeth" with the scraping tool just to check for cavities. After two such visits they finally got my son into the regular chair and at his fourth visit he happily had a full cleaning and a full set of x-rays! I'm so glad they take the time to let kids get used to being in the office and having dental tools in/near their mouth. My sons have worked with Dr. Soporowski and Dr. Kim and both do a great job with the kids. They take plenty of time to address questions I've got and they help educate the kids about proper brushing & flossing. I recommend NDP to friends and family whenever a question about pediatric dentistry comes up. read more

The staff, some of whom have been there 30+ years, as well as the doctors are consistently friendly, attentive, professional and extremely knowledgable. I recently brought my toddler son in for his very first check-up and he felt very comfortable there as well. The doctors "seem" nice, but it's a money making factory. My 5 yr old had a cavity and had it filled -- it literally had to be filled again -- twice! Meaning, 3 fillings on the SAME tooth because the filling wasn't staying put. When I consulted with another pediatric dentist (after my poor son was traumatized numerous times) they said "they've never heard of that happening and it should never happen." Each time I had to pay out of pocked for the replacement filling -- but the worst part was now my son is very afraid of the dentist. Before leaving this practice, my son had a routine cleaning (I told the hygienist he was a little nervous). Well, he started to cry, and she physically grabbed his face, and said "stop crying!!" and tried to hold him down. This 60+ year old hygienist CLEARLY lost patience with children a long time ago, and should not work with them. I complained before we left that day and the receptionists were not at all surprised about the older hygienist -- "that's what we've heard" one of them said. Really? Well, fire her!! Now we're at a nice, normal practice in Framingham. read more

I really LOVE this place. The hygienists are great . They are exceptional with special needs kids. And the emphasis is on preventative care, including special prescription fluoride toothpaste, Prevident. The doctors are mainly young (with the exception of Dr. Tessini), gentle, caring and great. After some bad experiences at an orthodontist (for my son) in Ashland, I was on the hunt for a new one. I heard about this practice, so we checked it out. Right off the bat when they suggested Invisalign for him, I knew they understood (he has some issues). Things have been smooth sailing there from then on and they really do a great job with him. For the most part the staff is good, the office is clean and kid-friendly. The hygienists are great-in my eyes the stars of the practice. That being said I will second a quote from a previous reviewer-all they care about is MONEY and I find that extremely disheartening. Being in the medical profession it is absolutely unheard of to refuse treatment to a patient-especially CHILDREN. My very small children were denied appointments until our balance was paid in full. It is disgraceful accommodations could not have been made, especially when insurance completely covers routine cleanings. I find it sad a dental practice prefers to let my kids teeth rot before receiving their $150. Epic fail on their part. read more

My two children have been patients for orthodontic services for the past fews years and we are very satisfied with the care provided. My son's care involved having a retainer 1st before braces which I thought was unique, but fully explained in how the process would work and assist him in the growth of his adult teeth (he did not have all adult teeth down). It worked and yes it was expensive ($1700), but 1 fee no ad hoc fees each time we went. They did not push us to have my son get braces, but informed us the retainer was a solution, but phase I and possibly braces down the road.. A couple of years later, my daughter needed braces, but we worked with the office since she needed to loose a few more baby teeth before they could install braces. We had to have 2 teeth removed for bite issues, however the remaining teeth to come out ...was suggested to go home and do a lot of wiggling -which the latter method saved us $. As time went on my son grew and we got an updated Panorama X-ray and his bite was off. We choose to get him braces and the orthodontist gave a discounted price since he had worn a retainer and previously been in the program. Also instead of 2 years, he was in a 1 year program (which was also less $). This practice also offers several payment options and you can use your credit card for monthly payments. A nice feature and there is no added fee for monthly payment with a down payment initially. Lastly, and probably most importantly my kids do not hate going. They feel comfortable there. They are explained at every visit what is going to happen, where they are at, what is going well and what needs improvement. When an emergency happens (minor in our case) such as broken wires or brace, the office makes exceptions and gets you in asap. The patient does come first! I highly recommend this office for there professionalism, knowledge, and kid friendly atmosphere. CJ read more

I am a dental hygienist. We are new to the area and got a referral from an acquaintance. My daughter had a shadow on a tooth that I was particularly concerned about. My husband let them know (he took them as a I was at work). He was told that our children had no cavities and all was well. A couple of months later, my daughter happened to get up on the counter in the bathroom and put her head way back while I was brushing her teeth. the shadow (that the dentist had said was nothing) had become a hole! A HOLE! Long story short, we took her to another dentist and she ended up needing a pulpotomy to save the tooth (the baby tooth version of root canal)!!! The decay had also spread to other teeth. When we called for records we were told they didn't even take x-rays! It is unbelievable to me that they would even see my kids without x-rays! My husband didn't realize they hadn't taken them (and who would think they wouldn't) because he had to wait in the waiting room while each child went in separately. They tried to tell us that the American Pediatric Dental Association recommends against taking x-rays on new patients. That is complete bull! It is malpractice and the APDA would NEVER recommend that! You can look it up on their website. I would never ever go back there and would advise anyone who asked to steer clear as well. read more

Does anyone read these reviews anyway.? Most of the 1 star ones are now 3 years old! My kid is now 15 and reaching the age where she doesn't "need" some of the upstairs aka pedi services. From what we have witnessed, the staff isn't pushy about her replacing retainers (they let her have her FIRST lost one for free)! Back when Dr. Tessini was her dentist (a true inventor and gifted guy), we went through the years of cross bite/braces intervention and he was very clear and pleasant-but now retired. I personally use the 'adult' downstairs dentists' service, and though I have come from another dental practice (in Natick Ctr., next to post office) which was overbooked, rude and cursory with their billing, and perhaps greedy, rhe NDP practice is absolutely hellpful (e.g correcting other dentist's slackshod work), very clear and personable, and technically as skillled as you'll find anywhere, IMHO. Downside is the downstairs is rather a basement warmed over aesthetically...kind of subterranean, mostly b/c it is! It needs some addtional natural light in waiting areas (perhaps "Suntubes" or something), and probably wouldn't hurt to have its own separate entrance, but that would be major remodeling. Too bad the dentist in the next building parks his $150 Mercedes right next to them, showing again that some dentists have more money than sense-but I think NDP has got most things very right, so what's the fuss? read more

I'm surprised about the experience of the "S" family as well ... I started taking my daughter there last year and it has been nothing but positive. My daughter has seen several of the pediatric dentists and each is nicer than the last. I'm so committed to the care there that I -- a definite "dentist hater" -- actually had an appointment there today with the adult dentists to enact a new treatment plan to get my teeth back into shape. The dentists are patient, great with kids and adults alike, and have plenty of convenient appointment options. I think it's a great practice! read more

Our experience with NDP has been outstanding. I recently took my two-year-old in for her first-ever dental exam, and I can't get over what a positive experience it was. Every single person we met was genuinely friendly and patient, and the facility is first-rate.
