I am a stay at home dad, premiere medical always gets me in quickly. the staff is wonderfu,l the girls at the front always explain the billing situation the nurses always take time with the blood pressure and what I'm here for. THan doctor Stark cruises in and handles everything from information on the screeni, to my notes, to what's going on in my life, asking about the child And then he takes care of whatever needs to have. lately it's been my knee but he always gets me back on my feet and I'm out there with my kid month after month after month. Thank you so much for Dr Stark and all he does and premier medical for having someone like Dr, Stark on staff

The nurses and clerical staff are great and caring also. The Call center ladies work very hard, I've gotten to know them by name. Thank God I found Dr. Stark as my internist after a terrible experience with a Pain Management assembly line clinic shooting me full of cortisone and lidocaine. Did not work, in fact made me worse. Their clinic is in Burbank across from Dignity St. Joseph's Hospital. Just talking with Dr. Stark makes me feel better. I am 69 and dealing with some issues that can be frightening. Having never been sick in my younger years, it's natural want a safe place to land. I found it.

Having been fed up with the prices and services of Western medicine for quite some time, I listened…read moreto a fellow martial artist when I twisted my knee in an accident and saw Doctor Neal first. I have never felt so listened to or cared for in my life, and not to say I frequent the doctor, but when I have been injured, it is usually a frustrating hassle to get an appointment, then a referral, then another referral, then a test, then an MRI, and so on and so forth. With Doctor Neal, it was different and refreshing from the very start. Right when I walked in, he was assessing me and even said "I don't think it's your knee, it's your calf". He took the time to know my history, asking questions that may seem irrelevant, but all to find out they were completing the puzzle to where the root of this injury came from. Yes, the initial consult takes time, but wouldn't you rather have your doctor not only treat the injury, but also the elements that may be out of balance so as not to cause this again? For me, that's a no brainer. He asked questions, actively listened, sympathized, and then got to work. I went through a THOROUGH exam and mobility test, all of which were helping him piece together where my imbalance was. He instructed, instantly found the point of issue, worked on it, and then instructed me again, at which time I was already seeing improvement. Then came the acupuncture and side bar: I f@cking hate needles. They enter the room, and suddenly every pore in my body starts releasing. He was cognizant of this fear and was encouraging the entire time. He didn't expect me to cry or emote, but be honest with how it felt so that he could ensure this first treatment was effective. It was effective and I have been back for 3 treatments total, awaiting my fourth. I no longer limp, the swelling is out of my knee, and I have about 70% of my mobility back within a week. I find that incredibly amazing, and all done with natural means and medicines. I knew going into it how much it would cost, so if cost is a concern I encourage you to be upfront so that all expectations can be managed. I would rather spend that money in one spot than to spread it out over 5 specialists and perhaps not even get the best results. Doctor Neal was honest with what he was able to do: he said that if I didn't find improvement after 3 treatments, we'd reassess. But the improvement was so vast that I couldn't imagine having this injury treated by anybody else. I am so humbly grateful I got this referral - Doctor Neal is an astute, caring, and talented healer. There is nothing to lose in calling him to see if his methods are right for your injury.

I really, really like all the services they provide. From the receptionist to the actual doctors,…read morethey are wonderful! Every location that worked with me has been a joy. They are attentive, respectful, mindful, thorough, and consistent. The psychiatrist I saw was willing to listen to my mental problems and I think June the therapist was a very sweet lady there to just listen which I can always appreciate. I really like the dentist I see. She and the assistants make me feel comfortable and they seem non judgemental. I have the nastiest teeth for a 32 year old. Tsk tsk on me. The substance abuse counselor, Mr. Felix was such a breath of fresh air. He went at my pace and we set realistic goals for my road to recovery. I will always choose their services over anyone else's except I'm in a program which means I have to see my program's psychiatrist only. Very good people and professional :)
