He also accepted my HIPAA authorization form as required by the HIPAA Privacy Rule so this shows that he has good business ethics as well. As an FYI, the patient is not obligated to sign the entities' HIPAA forms in addition to providing their own in place of the entities forms. This doctor made sure to spend the necessary quality time with me for the consultation and to see what I need in relation to the allergy/immunology profession and how my preexisting condition influences this outcome. His staff was decent. So far so good. When needed, I will be going back to see this doctor again for sure!

From my first appointment, Dr. Khadavi was different. He listened carefully and took my symptoms seriously. He didn't jump to conclusions or dismiss me as others had. His approach was thoughtful and methodical, first ruling causes out, identifying the underlying issue, and then creating a treatment plan. And if one step didn't work, he had a Plan B ready. I really feel that he was genuinely invested in helping me get better. Dr. Khadavi's treatment plan almost completely resolved my stomach issues in less than six months. For the first time in years, I feel stable and able to live my life without constantly monitoring every bite of food or in fear of flare-ups. He also reviewed my asthma medication and noticed I had been taking a sub-clinical dose of my preventative inhaler. With his guidance, my asthma is now in remission and I've been able to stop using my preventative inhaler. I can honestly say that Dr. Khadavi changed my life. I feel so lucky to have found him and cannot recommend him highly enough.

She sat like an idol in the distance and tried to finish the appointment as soon as possible. It was absolutely worthless, 500 hundred dollars for NOTHING. No help, no explanation. The front desk staff were all friendly, and Dr. Min was very knowledgeable and informative. He asked about our concerns and was very patient. My daughter was pretty scared initially, so I was really thankful he just sat and spoke to her and me initially. We will have to return again later for testing, but I am thankful the staff and Dr. Min made her first visit less scary, so it will be easier for me to get her to come back next time.

He switched my sons treatments thats will make it more tolerable for a little toddler who usually has difficulty sitting still plus other test for further evaluation. He understands what parents go through being a parent himself. Since then, my son has not coughed one bit, has more energy for activities and not tired to finish his food. I was given one Percocet and one Valium to take an hour before the procedure, and he numbed the inside of my nose prior to the surgery, so therefore, no pain! His team postop was remarkably helpful and kind.

The in-office procedure was on-time, quick, super easy, pain free and both Dr. and his staff were fantastic. I left the office with a few cotton balls that needed to be changed for a day or so and some expected congestion however, post-procedural pain was minimal and responded nicely with Tylenol. One week post-op and my nasal breathing is better already and improving each day. I am continuing with the nasal saline rinsing protocol and I'm very excited about the expected final results in the upcoming weeks. Thanks again to Dr. Cohen, Lupe and the entire SCSI staff for all of their expertise, care and support. The only thing that I would change is that I could've/should've done this much sooner!

The surgery was successful and insurance covered the cost, however on my son's first follow up visit after the surgery Dr. Bublik advised that my son should have an allergy test. Without advising us that my insurance would not cover this test, his nurse administered the test. The cost of this test was $1748.82. The cost of this completely unnecessary test was $1748.82 which I am wholly responsible for. Beware of the hidden costs of doing business with this office. They seem a little sleazy. P.S. The test said my son had a peanut allergy and they advised sending him home with an epi pen. My son has been eating peanut butter sandwiches every day for 10 years and continues to do so. Sleazy...
